And I thought we were caught up on Option A harnesses for a bit! :eek2:

Great problem to have though! I'll definitely get a couple out today, but please bear with me while we get some more harnesses assembled! We've started batching builds a bit better, but we thought we were good for a minute or two!

Really appreciate the support everyone! We truly do.

Have only had the truck out a few times and already got chased down and asked what year my truck was. Both of us visibly confused. “Its a 2018” guy responds “mine is too, why are your taillights different?” “I fixed them” then directed him to @memario1214

Got to see @RobertD’s Hottails in action the a week or so back. I must say it’s a very nice upgrade! His brake lights were visibly brighter and more noticeable, and the turns looked super cool being in the reverse light slot.

We have a few orders hanging out again waiting on connectors! We have our restock coming in tomorrow, and will plan to turn around same day so if you're in here and waiting on tails we'll be good soon. We also bought enough to hopefully be actually good for a while (good problem to have of course)!

Also, UPDATE - We made a running change to the Option A kits where we will now be using a machine produced splitter to share the top/bottom connections for the parking/brake lights. The goal here is to make TWO less hand-crimped potential failure points for future iterations. We don't have a rash of issues now, but fix it before it can be broken I figure!

No issues. Just a preemptive strike against a potential failure point + 10 minutes of saved wire cleanup and crimping.

Option A does not hook into the trailer plugs so I believe you should be good but @memario1214 will know for sure

    Thank you sir!

Also, here's that update I was talking about above. Anyone who has the current setup will notice the difference. Now the top and bottom connectors feed into a central junction point before feeding down to the connector that goes into the OEM plug. Now we (hopefully) no longer run the risk of one of the wires that meet inside of the connector not making solid connection. There's also a couple less inches of wiring so just a little less to have to hide away in the tail light pocket! This wasn't a problem per se, but we have had one unit do this in full transparency. Not enough to drive a change. What this really comes down to is that these are all hand-crimped for now so we save about 10 minutes per set. The added durability is a bonus.

INSTALL INFO - These first Gen 2 harness do not have top/bottom notation on them as other versions had. The connectors use a slightly thicker shielding and our heatshrink that we are able to print on is a bit too small. We'll have the writing on the next ones. THE CONNECTORS COMING OFF OF THESE NEW CONNECTORS CAN BE INSTALLED ON EITHER THE TOP OR THE BOTTOM TRITON BULB. Please call us is you run into any issues.
