I'm so glad I'm not a light fiend. I'd wind up even more broke.

Just ordered. Excited to get rid of all the halogen nonsense.

Quick question as VLEDs site confuses the shit out of me. What would be the appropriate matching bulb for the front turn signals?

The site has a vehicle specific drop down selection for each bulb use

    I want to say 744x - 1,2,3,4 for front

Yeah, I want to say the bulbs have gone up quite a bit over the years. I guess as most things have, but it adds up and worth it for a quality product.

also, they just ran the Black Friday sales. Not sure if there are any Christmas sales but you can always use TOYOTA10 for 10% off

Thanks brotha! As for the discussion about the front resistors you shouldn't need any for the front since the rears should take care of it. I don't use a big resistor in these kits, but I think they should be enough load to keep everything happy, even if you go to LED up front.

Resistors or not? I have completely stock lighting at the moment, including oem LED headlights.

I'd recommend spending the extra 20 and getting them. I was stock so didn't order, then got hyperflash, so then had to wait.

I would say get the resistors. I still don’t personally run them on our ‘21 w/OEM LEDs, but some folks have still experienced it. Then you’re set if you decide to get LED turn signals as well
Not yet. We just (in this last week) got some prototypes for a new connector that we’re working on to make the Option B (and other stuff) possible and reliable so we’re trying to get it done! I just want to make sure we get it right before releasing anything.

Just got mine delivered yesterday. Going to find some time this week to install. Cannot wait to be done with halogen in the tails.

Thanks, order placed. Looking forward to these. I have an RTT coming which will block my third tail light, so I really want the others to be more noticeable.

    Thank you..
    I can wait..

Even having the brake and turn signal work as they do now would be fine for me.
My biggest want is having both top and bottom on dim with parking/headlights lights on..

My ideal setup (if possible, subject to change lol)

    Reverse: stock (no change)
Parking lights: top and bottom (dim)
Brake light: top and bottom (high)
Turn signals: top and bottom (high)

    Hazards: top and bottom (high)
…..OR maybe amber in reverse lamp housing (like turns in option A currently, with dual filament bulb)

Option B would be what you want. It doesn’t have amber hazards though. That is doable, but kind of a pain since you have to go back to the hazard switch. I’ve looked into doing on my Tacoma, and if I think it’s too much of a pain to wire, chances are most people would :p

Don't give up on me yet! Things are just slow. Just dropped some $$$ last week on getting a custom mold built so that we can do all kinds of cool things. Option B Tundra tails will be one of them. We have a working model, but it's not weather-protected up to my standards and I don't want critical safety components failing on my watch!

We appreciate your efforts (and results) Colton.

No problem waiting on the perfected finished product.
It is understood you take pride in your product and won't sell it until it meets your standards.
I'd feel the same way in your situation..

From my understanding, the weather-protected harness is what puts your product above and beyond the VLEDs tail light conversion harnesses..
At least that is my understanding from my research...

Looking forward to what you have to offer when it is ready..

    Thanks....
    Happy New Year..
