look at Uptop Overland, they make some Tundra specific racks, require drilling in the roof gully for mounting. They are a little pricey but strong.

Yep. He ships it unassembled. It's easy to put together and install. Have to drill holes through the roof gutters and secure bolts from inside the cab, but you don't need to remove the headliner all the way, just the edges. Actual install is not that difficult, and he can color match the side panels to Toyota colors. I did have to add the section between the wind fairing and top of the cab to eliminate wind noise. Used 3/4" Pex tubing wrapped in rubber pipe insulation and secured it with screws through existing holes in the wind fairing. Very pleased, and it's very sturdy.

That is a very solid militant looking rack. I like it. Also can be color matched and they sell for the camper shell as well.

Only no drill options I know of are Thule or Yakima, I've ran both over the years on many different vehicles, never had any issues. I don't really care for the flat pallet look of most of the new high dollar style racks, I prefer more of a basket type that will hold gear from sliding off or out, really wish that Yakima/Thule had a low profile mount for their cargo baskets...

That is my problem I need low profile. Also I dont mind shelling out for a more permanent due to looks.

I am sure Thule and Yakima do a great job! Just wish they looked a little better.
