The deal also brings a set of 275/70/18 STT PRO's to $726.

Did you add to the cart and select pick up? You need to do this to see the pick up discount.

Have you checked tire buyer Brian? They had the best price when I got mine but I bought from discount. They'll match or beat anyone. A couple years ago I got big o and discount trying to beat each other back and forth and saved big. Just like car shopping!

You will get $312 bucks off the $1274 if you select p/u when you check out. That the "save $79.88" part.

I was looking for ridge grappler as well but st maxx work for me too at that price.

Hope it works out for you

The Goodyear Wrangler Duratracs 315/70R17 were installed on 3/17/14 and removed on 8/30/17 = 1262 days = 3 years, 5 months, 13 days
They were installed at about 27,659 miles and removed at 60,876 miles = 33,217 (not very accurate as i don't have exact miles from purchase)

If there are any tires not on the list or new tires that come out please let me know. I would like to keep this list updated completely as a good reference for those looking for new tires.

Brian how are the Ridge Grapplers doing so far? About to buy shoes and these were in my top three. Local shop has a sale going on right now. Was also looking at the G2's and Duratracs

I have yet to see anyone else running General's "new" Grabber X3 tires. I've had mine for just over 2 months now.

    Size: LT35x12.5R18
Cost: ~1200.00 installed through Discount Tire (not including road hazard certs)

Pro's: Excellent traction on dirt, rock, sand, and dry/wet road. After 3000 miles, and several off-road trips, I have very little wear showing - most of it from a burnout I did on a dirt road lol. Finally, my MPG only went from 15.8 to 15.3. Road noise is minimal; they hum but I can still easily hear other MT's over mine. The hum is very easy to tune out or drown out with just a bit of noise from the radio.

Con's: They are heavy.. With my wheels, they're 107lbs per corner, which my stock shocks struggle to control. For the first few hundred miles they liked to wander all over asphalt, but that has since subsided. Lastly, they took several tries to balance properly, due to their weight.

I'll try to remember to update this as they wear more. Overall, I'm very happy with these tires thus far. I was a bit worried initially because of General's issues with several of their tire lines frequently being out of round.

They are great aggressive tires. Only complaint is they are heavier than duratracs and I can feel the difference

I’ve heard the K02s are ridiculous heavy compared to stock tires as well. 10+ pounds. Look at Hankook dynapro ATMs. Great reviews. I will be replacing my 1 year old stock Michelin’s with those soon. Had 6 flats in a year with Michelin’s. Only one nail, the rest were rock cuts. Very disappointed in the Michelin’s. Just my $.02.

Correction on weight issue. I was reading chart wrong. The K02s are heavier but only 3-5 pounds. Sorry about that.

Is there a reason nobody mentions the Yokohama Geolandar A/T GO15? I am looking for a 315/70R17 to run on the Icon Six Speed wheel. The Geo weighs only 61 pounds and is 34.4 inches x 12.4 wide. It also has a 50,000 tread warranty. Aside from that, a ton of guys in South Africa, Kenya, Uganda and Australia swear by them on their Hiluxes and Land Rovers. Just curious why they don't seem to be popular for the Tundra?

I think the Geo and the Goodyear Duratrac are my final two in that size.
Then there is the Toyo Open Country AT II in 305/70R17 that equates to 33.9x 12.2 wide and weighs 64lbs. It has a 50,000 tread warranty as well.

I am a first time Tundra owner so if there is something I'm missing about these options please let me know! Thanks.

I'm wondering why we don't start a poll chart kind of setup? I've seen these before and they clearly point out the most popular item of interest.
I don't have a clue how to do it. Any ideas?

Would really like to know how the Nitto Terra grappler G2’s or Hankook dynapros or Michelin LTX perform in the rain. I live in FL and drive 90% on the highway.
285/65/18’s are what I want to go with. Thanks for any help!
