If you want to install a LED light bar in the hood bulge you will have to cut the three metal supports behind the stock plastic hood insert. You also need to cut the stock insert if your keeping it. Installing your own light bar is by far the cheapest way to do this.

There is a new LED light for the hood bulge sold by ASV auto that was just released this month. It allows you to plug and install the light bar in the stock opening without any cutting of the hood and includes the switches. It's very nice but it's also $1,000! IMG_5071.jpg

That's not what I am looking to spend , and sound little more work than I can handle , by the way the one that install behind the grill is the cheapest and easiest way to install the light bar right ? What size of light bar should I get for behind the grill application? Do I need a special bracket ? The attachment picture of my grill .

I think the only thing you will have to contend with is your particular grill doesn't have much room between the surround and the trim. You may only be able to install a single row LED instead of a double row. Here is a pic of similar grill and a single row LED. The install isn't that bad.IMG_5084.jpg

I'm actually talking to company Rep about a possible group buy so we can get a better price. I'll keep you posted.

If it's not to much to ask, can you please post a night time pic? Lookin to do this setup or the way OP did, just would like to see clarity and if it looks like the grill lines are visible

Here's a pic of the 50" NSV hood bulge light bar and the 40" Rigid radiance light bar on at the same time.
