I was wondering if I should get the zpc done again. I'll ask Lotsoftoys about that to.

Gino, what made you think trying a zpc again and again would fix it?

Edit. Meaning was there something that told you it wasn't done right the first two times?

I think we covered this before, but wheel width? Stock UCA's?

Factory +60 offset, factory ucas. Tires are 33.98 x 11.5 so only 2" taller and.5" wider than stock. About .25" closer to the ucas, close to.75" clearance. Guy from hypertech thinks alignment causes it. Alignment seems fine, Jace got it within spec. Everything points to the computer sensing that the wheel speed difference is outside the parameters. Wouldn't that be about the same as long as all four tires are the same size?

Did the dealership charge you for each zpc or did they redo it since they didn't get it right?

I've been contemplating trying wheel spacers. Slim chance that widening the stance would reduce body roll and inside rear lifting up? Maybe at that certain angle I am rubbing the ucas just enough to set off the trac, but not enough to make noise or marks with nannies off?:annoyed:

Haven't asked my local guy Dave if he can do the zpc. He has Techstream, so Probably, right? Nothing against Jace, but taking it to Dave is a lot easier and hell, he lives right up the road from me.

Ok, I'm going to check out the bullydog now. But wait, didn't you just say that the first time you did it you made it worse?

Replace stock UCA's and wheels. I bet if you had a +18/+20 and after market UCA's this wouldn't be occurring

Sean, you think the ucas are the problem because they're at the limit of alignability? Even though Jace got it within spec and I'm only at 2.5inch. I've got 1.5 in the back. So, I'm not that far off from factory rake. Caster is the relationship between the upper and lower ball joints frt to back. From what I understand that is where the need to get ucas comes into play. Seems like with my lift and only a one inch difference in rake I'd be fine. I'm afraid that pushing the wheels out will cause other issues, like the need for a cmc. More strain on the wheel bearings. I like the look with the wheels out a little more. But then you have the rocks flying up. Then I'd have to think about flares to. That's leading down the rabbit hole!!

Bully dog does have a feature to just turn off the trac. Guess I could live without it, none of my other vehicles have ever had it. But there's another $400, wife will kill me.

I think your tire is hitting the UCA's causing the lights, imo.

That's what I keep thinking, just no visible sign of rubbing and everyone that has looked at it doesn't think it's hitting there. Anybody here in Denver that has a go pro I can stick in the wheel well to get some video of what is going on under there?

Guess I might try spacers. Bora makes 1", that'll be like a +35 offset. Shouldn't throw to many rocks or increase the scrub radius to much. I can always sell them.

Yeah, I'm probably going to take it back in and have Jace look at it again. We already talked about it a while ago. Impossible for him to diagnose without having his hands on it. I just can't afford the dealership prices right now. My busy season will be happening soon. Then I can actually do something about it.

What about doing the sequoia front sway bar swap to reduce body roll. It only does it when the nose dives at a certain angle. If it doesn't work it'll still make the truck Take corners better.

Oh yeah, not supposed to be buying anything else for the truck. Dang, convince her that it's a must have item!

Good to know Sean, I'll check with him and try to set up a time for him to check out what's up with my truck.

Well, after playing with tire and airbag pressure to adjust the rake. As well as rebalancing the tires. I put the stock wheels and tires back on. The good news is the tpms light stayed off and it's not just my expensive new tires. Unless they jacked something up. That's the bad news, still freakin doing it.

Well, after putting the stock P275/70/18 back on the trac seems to be working as it should. So far anyway, will drive it again tomorrow. Then put the Nittos back on and try the one thing that I hadn't yet. Which is putting them at 50 psi. The guy at discount thinks maybe they've got to much traction. Next logical step looks like going a little smaller and different compound.

I'm having this issue now with a 15 pro crew cab just installed a 275 70r18 and haven't tried any on or off ramps but when I accelerate the slip light flashes and I loose power. This is driving me crazy.
