Toyota Vehicle Service Agreement/ Extended Warranty???

Actually, if you intend to buy it, you need to acquire the extended warranty BEFORE the 36 month warranty expires (you can get it just before it expires), but don't wait until after it expires to get one.

 

That's good to know. Mine is a 2016 so I have a little bit more time still.

 

I believe that you have to purchase the extended warranty with 1 month and 1,000 miles left on the initial warranty.

 

I dont know if that's accurate...I bought mine about 1 week prior to factory warranty running out.

I got the platinum 7 year 100 thousand warranty when I purchased my 2011 DC. It cost me approximately $750 because I combined it with a few other extras like upholstery protection ( or something like that ). I did not want the uholstery protection but it brought the price of the warranty way down so I went for it.
I would never pay for roadside service from the dealer because I get it through my insurance for $14 a year. Used it many, many times for flat tires.

 

Has anyone coupled this with a prepaid maintenance plan too?
