They look great. Between these, Wildpeak and KO2, it's a tough choice.

You should put AT/X in there. It's a great tire.

Ya awesome tire I was between the open country’s and the cooper at3s and for like $600 less I went with coopers awesome tire 60k warranty and perform great for me so far in all terrain. Not to mention made in the USA.

Not in South Louisiana! We might get an inch or two once every 10 years! LOL sleet/ice is a bit more frequent, but not by much!

I lived in Memphis for a couple of years, we had a few snow/ice days up there. Didn’t come close to compare to Colorado standards though! LOL

I went with 295 70 18 think it was right under $1200 out the door. I haven’t had a better tire. before I had nittos and before that I had duratracs. I now run cooper on my wife’s outback and it’s unstoppable. Defiantly give them a good look. Ridge grapplers are bad in the snow from what I found. Ko2s are hard to balance. The Wild peaks look like a great contender with a good price point. And only Yokohama’s I ever had where on my Tacoma when I first got it but they were more a all season tire which I got rid of soon after.

I called my local tire shop about getting some for the wife's 4runner and they were not in his system yet. He was intrigued and said he was going to call his distributor to see when they will be available. I told him I'd call back next week.

These were my thoughts ... 275 last with 65, thought I saw it with 305 width, but must have been a different tire

So I called Discount Tire in Springfield MO about some for the 4runner and he said they had them in my size in Dallas and it would be 4-5 business days before they would arrive. Not in a big hurry but would like to get the car tread Dunlop tires off the new 4runner and into a LT which although is considered to much for a 4R these rocky Ozark backroads will puncture p-metric tires quick.

No I told him these were released yesterday and just like the local shop he was not showing them in the system so he said he would call around and give me a call back (which he did).

Damn at 295/70/18 these are 62 lbs vs the Wildpeaks at 68.1 lbs. Buying 5 tires (spare included) that would be a 30.5 lb weight difference. I was set on the Wildpeaks, but now I'm contemplating the new Toyo AT3.

From my shopping, wildpeaks have shown to typically be the heavier tire at the given sizes if been looking at.

Bummer they are not making them in 285/75/18s, taller than most "35s" and IMO the correct width for the Tundra.

I just got a quote back from Les Schwab, they don't have a timeframe to get those in yet, but I was told they'd be $380 a tire.
