    Looks great!

We have a couple guys around here that fabricate and do excellent work like you.

Here is an idea, but might be void due to the type of rigs you build. The guys here incorporated spare parts into their tire carriers like:
-spare spindle, bearing set, hub etc. This was used for the pivot point. Pretty slick and already needed for function.
-spare axle shafts or drive shaft holders.

You think anything like that would work for your customer base?

yeah def have thought of that before.. on some of the more hard core prerunners, we def mount spare shafts and stuff.
Using the spindle/swing out as a spare make nonsense to me because then what so u do with your swinger? use the bad one? extra hubs are easy to carry. This swing out will be getting a plethora if accessories all said and done.
i will be tearing into the front end today.

Yeah, probably not a good idea for you pre runner guys with IFS.

Now rock crawler spindles it works great, since I have never seen a front spindle snap off. Rear spindles....different story. Mostly people just use the bearings and hub.

Looks like a great setup you have. Keep the pics and projects coming.

Cool stuff Stanley! Love the fact you come up with these very custom designs. I too love building unique stuff, just don't have the welding skills you do. Keep posting. Thanks

    Word.

Everyone is nicer over here too. It's weird. I'm used to the dark depravity of DR. Nice to have another prerunner guy here.

so im waiting on some lights, and tabs to finish the front bumper, in the mean time i have painted the front fenders, which goes against my inner "Bro", it only made sense, since my truck was white that i matched them.. took the day and sanded them forst with 400 grit, filled in all the spider webs, and pin holes i could find.. i then primered, and sanded with 600 grit, doing that 2 times. then layed down a base coat of paint, then, two more coats. once they are cured i am going to wet sand with 1500/2000 grit and then get them buffed.
for not being a painter or a prep guy what so ever, i was quite pleased with the outcome! color match is pretty on point.
