Tech12volts JBL 5 channel amp group buy!!!!!

These instructions show a different amp then what was sent.

Where do we wire the dash/tweeter wires to, or anything else actually?

Confused.

 

For anyone who thought they missed out, it’s showing back at the previous group buy price now

 

Someone’s gotta post a detailed breakdown of the wiring for the group but specifically lol

I’m pretty sure since it’s a 5 channel, you’re going to have to splice the wires from the dash into the R/L in the front.

So like this,

Channel 1: FRONT L - 1. Door speaker, 2. sail tweeter, 3. dash tweeter, 4. left center tweeter.

Channel 2: FRONT R - 1. Door speaker, 2. sail tweeter, 3. dash tweeter, 4. right center tweeter.

Channel 3: REAR L - 1. Door speaker, 2. tweeter.

Channel 4: REAR R - 1. Door speaker, 2. tweeter.

Channel 5: Subwoofer

If anybody has actually wired the group buy speakers to the amp, please post pictures. All the other pics I’ve seen are for different setups and amps.

 

OK. the JBL 4505 and the stadium are labeled a little differently . BUT if you are wiring car audio by a picture and position I will tell you now STOP and take it to someone. Because amplifiers of the same brand and model in the same year sometimes are set up differently . READ THE LABELING ON THE AMP PLEASE! . That is why is is there . This is honestly extremely simple if you know how to read.And i am no being a smart ass. I am just being honest.

So if we have the stadium, follow the instructions provided but not the detailed pictures? Sorry for the amateur question.

 

The picture is labeled also . And its labeled correctly . On the stadium the labeling is just a little different. But front speakers always go to the front outputs .and so on

 

I got the sub for my crewmax to replace the silent JBL stock sub. Huge improvement! Glad I bought it.

James, I finally got all my speakers in and they sound great, thanks for the deal and for the work you put in to find something to work for us JBL guys. Some day I will get a headunit hopefully and make this even better.

The confusion was that your instructions show two different diagrams for where you want the same input. Yes reading positives and negatives is easy! But if you read a diagram with multiple different positives and negatives you can get confused.

I honestly think my head unit is the most gorgeous of all the trucks out there. I wouldn't trade it for ANYTHING. Not for more functionality, not for more features. Nothing. THe whole look of it is absolutely clean. The only one who actually has an equally beautiful head unit is the new Dodge Rams.

 

Got the amp installed this morning, and I am very impressed even with my stock speakers(new ones arrive on Monday) Thank you James for the lightning fast replies to emails I sent you. I’ve never received better customer service in my life. A couple pics of the amp installed and the sub box I built with sub I bought off Pudge. Thanks man!

 

If you don’t mind, could you take a side picture of all the wiring?

 

James directions are spot on. The install took me a little less then 2hrs. Hardest part was deciding where to put the sub knob.

 

I like the sub box on the passenger side! I might be able to make that work for me

I believe James is losing money on those, would be nice but I doubt it. He is less expensive than most plus his come pre programmed

 

Got this installed last night with all new speakers. WOW is all I can say! I never knew how dull the OEM system was until I upgraded.

 

So this is it, huh? Nothing else to Group Buy

 

Headunit and sound deadening would be the only things left to get. I got a new HU, but would love some sound deadener if that's possible to discount at bulk?
