I have a 2011 and the paint is not in the best shape is it worth having the paint corrected and then have it ceramic coated? Ive been thinking about having adams polishes do it for me.

Awesome! Doesn’t get much better than that in terms of beading water.

I do, but it’s only a matter of time before I slap some beadmaker or wax on it. I think it needs more gloss.

Yes sir I did yesterday. In the pics it’s still wet. I let it dry on its own since I have the Cr Spotless now.

Awesome. I am shopping around. The DIC 10 and the DI120 both seem to treat 150 gallons. But the D1120 is much cheaper - seems the only difference is the 10 has wheels and the 120 is a stand. You think the wheels are worth the added expense?

If that’s the only difference, I wouldn’t think so. It’s not very heavy to move around.

Classic. The directions say use a new hose to minimize contamination I assume? Are you kidding me?
With all this build up, I am expecting to be able to bounce a quarter off this rinse!

Yeah, I seriously doubt it would make a difference, but I got a new one just to be sure.
You’re going to love this thing on that black truck. Just pay attention to that monitor. Once it goes above zero you’re gonna have to dry it by hand.

Don’t do like I did and forget to disconnect it before pressure washing the driveway.

Man, they are predicting 70 ish here in PA tomorrow. I am pumped but I am so Type A I need to head to Home Depot early to get a new hose. Trust me, I was on Amazon 5 mins ago seeing how quickly they could get a hose to my house Prime. Wasn’t impressed with the lead time.
Hear you. This resin appears to be the nectar of the Gods. I see the price to replace - wowsers. I have some quick connects for the hose and and over-engineered hose manifold with kill valves I made myself (for another reason a few years back) that I plan to use.

The things that get my juices flowing...

I just ordered some replacement resin and a kit from this place. Supposed to last much longer. Can’t remember who recommended it here.

And for the record, I read stories where the CR Spotless conflicted with ceramic coating. I contacted my detail guru and the Ceramic Pro folks and they said the resin rinse will be in perfect harmony with a ceramic finish.

Very nice my man. Great buy. I'm familiar with the product and looked into getting 1 myself. Exact same, matter of fact. However, once I got the artic coating it kinda changed the game for me. I'm sure I could still benefit from it, if I was to purchase, especially with how hard the well water is by me, but with the coating I don't feel I need it at the moment. Even if I was to not dry the truck at all, the coating dont really allow much in the way of spots or streaks. It's not perfect as if I was to dry, but it's really not bad at all. Don't get me wrong I'd love to get 1, and almost did. I think it's an awesome product and I'll admit I'm a bit jealous u got one without me lol. But at this time with the coating, I feel I should be applying those funds toward other goodies. Without the coating, I think I wouldve been showing off my purchase to you guys months ago, trying to, like always, get u guys to spend more of ur hard earned cash lol. Without the coating, I think I wouldve had the exact same setup by now.

But either way, congrats on ur purchase. I wish u the best with it. Definitely keep us posted when u get a chance to put it to use. It is something I might still consider down the road. I think the coating allowed me to narrowly escape from your ambush there. U would've had me for sure if it wasn't for the coating lol.

Haha brother, I hear you. My truck is ceramic coated too, but unfortunately I suffer from OCD and own a black truck! My tap water is so brutal it seems I get water spots regardless of how quickly I dry. I read a bunch of guys say this system is a huge time saver not having to dry (at least as much as without). Time is money in my book! And build that over a year of washing two vehicles, hopefully I just saved myself several hours to spend with the family (or on mods). And I told the wife we can use this to wash the windows too - got some street cred with that point! I will let you know how it goes.
