    We have a couple things coming soon for the Tundras.
    1. Charge Pipes
    2.Catch Cans
    3. Coolant Reservoir Tank

    I do not have a release date right now but when I get back to the office on Monday I would be happy to check for you.

    Long time listener first time caller.

    I purchased the TP403210 in October of 24' after researching all available products on the market for our Tundras. I like OP and seemingly many of y'all, experienced complications on the install.

    I sent an email to the rep, (M. H.) and sales, that I worked with some feedback and issues on install. One was the top box wasn't shaved low enough to seat within the tabs of the lower box. IMG_3944_Original.jpg IMG_3940_Original.jpg This ended up causing the mating clip on the lower box to crack. I also found where the MAF outlet pipe attached to the upper box, there were clear gaps that allowed hot air from the bay to be pulled in. I put a bead of high temp gasket maker to seal the leak. Along with these adjustments I found that the silicone tubes for the added air inlet port were about 1/4 - 3/8 inch short of what I would have liked to ensure a proper seating to the new funnel and top box. I used extra clamps I had lying around to tighten the fit on the minimal seating available.
    After about 4 months of use I've not had any error codes but like a previous reply had said, the single clip now holding the top box can pop loose and it would've been nice to see some form of gasket between the upper and lower air box. I also tried commenting on Stillen's recent YouTube video on this kit but haven't had a reply there nor to my emails sent to the rep and general sales address. Maybe @Stillen-Will can give some insight if there have been any adjustments since, I'm now looking to buy a cat back exhaust and not sure if I'll have the Stillen 509355 on my short list.

    Ive been thinking if it a good decision to get a catch can. Are they really worth the hassle?

    What is a benefit of an aftermarket coolant tank?

    Not sure how Stillen plans on moving forward in the right direction after this major screw up. And it's not your fault @Stillen-Will you're just inheriting a huge pile. Without sending folks new intake kits for free to test out to regain trust (And I'm not asking for one here) i just don't see how anyone that has read or experienced this thread can trust Stillen with over $500 of our money. We got ghosted BAD with a crappy product, lied to on multiple occasions and ultimately ignored. This thread is one of the top results when you google the intake kit part number, you guys can bet on this experience being on people's radar if they do a quick search.

    So welcome Will, but you got the short end of the stick, bud.

    @J_haus

    Thank you for sending the pictures and issues over. I apologize for these problems and will forward this off to my manager. I know after releasing these they went back to the drawing board to fix what was wrong. I'll check into what all was fixed and update you. I don't know why you haven't gotten a response on any of this but I won't ghost you.

    I appreciate it, I can send the email originally sent to M.H. and sales that had more detailed info and feedback that I thought would’ve been helpful to add to the installation manual. Send me a PM or let me know if you think it’d be helpful in y'alls efforts with any revisions on this product.

    @Stillen-Will asked us to help clean up this mess and become a vendor/voice for all these issues and concerns.

    Please don't shoot the guy that wasn't involved with this but trying to help. What I am asking is try and show him how you would want to be treated if the shoe was on the other foot.

    @Frank_TRD23

    I run catch cans especially when they have a turbo set up. Turbo systems can create higher crankcase pressures, leading to more blow-by gases containing oil mist. Without a catch can, this oil can coat the intercooler, intake piping, and throttle body, reducing efficiency and potentially causing detonation (knock). Oil vapor mixed with condensation and fuel residue can lead to sludge formation inside the crankcase. A catch can separates these contaminants, reducing sludge buildup and keeping the engine internals cleaner.

    As far as benefits from a coolant tank. With the factory intercooler system being directly mounted to the radiator system it creates a ton of heat soak. We created a tank that is divorced from the factory system to speed up faster heat dissipation. It's not necessarily a "performance" modification but will help the engine run cooler.

    Have you seen their graphs for the exhaust? Hardly any average gains. Peaks look same or worse than stock....and thats considering that they hand picked the best/worst runs to post.

    Honestly from what I've seen exhaust is not a restriction on these power wise. Some say the stock Y pipe forward is magic. Agree the graph is shaky evidence of any real gain. Not defending Stillen but these trucks are very difficult to Dyno as it's hard to hold a gear. Since only the TRD Intake set up will throw a code without the reflash to Performance Package calibration, I think exhaust on these should be your taste. Stealthy stock, droning straight pipe, or something in between. Since I turned off fake engine noise with Carista, I've enjoyed stealthy stock...lets you hear a little bit of turbo spool too.

    that, and I just cant like the sound from these piss ant 3.4s, lol. but Im coming from 350s with borlas.

    Im with you, I like the quiet stock set-up, but to each his own.

    and I think your right, I haven't seen a dyno sheet for these that was worth a shit for exhaust gains.

    I always thought this was a little slimy..

    2022-toyota-tundra-3-4l-twin-turbo-v6-trucontrol-by-stillen-inline-power-module-tc201001

    "Here's even better news - the TruControl by STILLEN Inline Power Module won't void your factory warranty! As long as you remove the product before visiting the dealership for service, your warranty remains intact. "

    so it won't void your warranty, as long as you remove it and they don't know you had it on, lol... kinda shady.

    As an Auditor, statements like these remind me of what's referred to as a CAP...a Corrective Action Plan which is prepared by an auditee after an audit report with findings is issued. These plans are great because they give the reader an idea of what the expected changes in policies and procedures will be. In our case, it would help us, the consumers, regain some confidence as it was gravely eroded with the overall process of this intake kit launch.

    Can you share how Stillen intends on accomplishing these changes?

Our goal at Stillen has always been to provide high-quality performance products, and in this case, we acknowledge that we fell short of expectations.
    To address the issues, we have taken the following steps:
    • Quality Assurance Measures: We are implementing stricter testing protocols to prevent premature product launches in the future.
    • Customer Support & Transparency: We are committed to keeping our customers informed about product updates, resolutions, and expected timelines for any fixes.
    It's one of my roles to make sure everyone in this community is taken care of which means I will not be ghosting anyone. I'm here to help in anyway that I can and I'm open to any suggestions or feedback to help salvage any kind of trust there is.
