I don't have my truck in front of me but I believe the screws to move the liner forward is underneath. I don't think you sheared those off. You probably sheared off the screws that hold the liner in on the side.

You're right. Those screws are under the bottom of the liner in the bottom of the front bumper.

@zlaneb a level on the front definitely wouldn't hurt your cause. And as for the heat gun, I've heard the same stuff that it would help. So giving that a try probably wouldn't hurt either.

@Zharris - The 17 model may be different. Too damn cold to play with it tonight, but see pic for an annotated view. IMG_6673.jpg

Update - I moved my liner forward like you guys recommended. It was a total of 10 minutes and it is providing me the clearance I need.
To move them forward you remove 4 10MM screws that are on the edge of the liner and 2 12MM bolts on the bottom. Then gently fold the liner into the bumper and reuse the screws and original holes. For me, I couldn't get all 4 10MM back into the liner, however once it warms up, I will try again, b/c the liner will be more moldable.

Glad it worked man. It was snowing and I didn't want to go out in the snow to check my truck. I was feeding some misinformation on the screws. Haha 16 and 17 are the same looking at your picture.
