Last spring,I was sitting on daughters porch around 4:30am a bitch thief comes walking through yard pulling my grandkids wagon full of toys. I chased her down got everything back called cops described her and they caught her 2 blocks away. I pressed charges. But it really didn't matter because couple months later she got caught breaking into a few houses. Best part of that was she was so dumb she actually broke into our prosecutors house ! She is doing 4years in prison !!!
    Karma WILL get 'em

Your alarm would have gone off if they managed to open it from inside (does yours have one?)

Anyway... go to harbor freight or home depot or lowes or ace and buy a wireless motion detector. Place the sensor inside the truck at night with the sensors pointing inside. If the door opens or the glass is broken it will sense the motion and alert you. Get one with the widest viewing angle or double up on sensors for max coverage.

Place the base unit next to your gun by the bed and when it goes off call 911 and ask for help.

This will work if you park near the window for your room or within its range.

Gotta love the element of surprise

Not sure if thats a checkbook in the back of your safe but if the good folks from felony lane gang and their crack whores get it your headaches will double. They strive to find that and can easily cash 10s of thousands using your checks even though the money may not be in the account. I carry one blank check folded up in my wallet and thats it. The rest is all plastic that can be switched off and blocked before the damage is made
