So I used to work with this Belizean guy. They have an accent which sounds similar to Jamaican, to me. I was riding shotgun with him and we saw what looked like a scraggly hooker walking in front of our truck. He looks at me and says “Dats how you get them AIDs!” I about fell out of my seat laughing! :rofl:Them AIDS!!!! He once told one that was trying to talk to us while we were working, to “get the fuck out of here you punk bitch!” And then looked at me and said again, that’s how you get them AIDs!” His accent made it all the better.

My urologist told me last week to add lemon juice to your water and drink lots of it. Lemon juice helps to keep stones from forming in the first place. Stay away from sodas, coffee, tea, energy drinks, protein powder, and creatine. I don't drink any of that stuff so I think mine came from the pre-workout powder I had been using for the last year. It never seemed to dissolve fully in the water.

I think everyone's commented but yeah it's different for everyone. I think there's a couple different kinds.

I legit thought I was suffering from severe multiple internal organ failure and this was death coming for me. Worst experience ever. 0/10 try again.
