Anyone have experience with this coating on their vehicle?

No. I’m a Optimum Gloss Coat fan. Easy coating for a weekend warrior. Haven’t heard about that brand in a very long time. So many coatings nowadays. I find it more hype than anything. But to each their own.

I'm new to the detailing world but I'm a weekend warrior myself so I'll have to look into Optimum Gloss Coat. I've heard horror stories about applying ceramic coating yourself so I'm kind of paranoid.

Need a paint correction before hand honestly. If no polisher on hand for you. At a bare minimum clay bar the truck. Then apply a coating. Do your research before purchasing a coating. I use Collinite 845 insulator wax on my truck. Cheap and very durable. Beads real well. I got into the detailing world after owning my first black truck. Autogeek forum is hands down the best tool to learn from. Endless articles on “how to”.

Tempted to try the Gyeon lineup. Looks like good stuff. Love my Griot’s boss compounds and polishes.
