Instead of being flashy and just looking cool, the light coming out has a far superior cutoff and output due to @eledobleu putting in better lenses and using a projector housing that are normally used in Lexus and the like... just like @HUTCHJ said, luxury car or better.

If you want a superior light experience at night, retros sre the only way to go. Pics don't do it justice. If you've never driven a car with factory hids you have no clue how nice these are. If you have driven a car with factory hids, these are even better than that.

These perform better than the stock set up I had in my E46 M3.

I had Lexus RX350 projectors put in mine, but there are many options, all of which are pretty solid.

It is all good. I went with the morimoto DS2 4.0s. Largely for the high beams. They are amazing.

I will admit, high beams don't make much of a difference on the rx350s.

I also went with leds, not as bright as HID. The hope is that I never have to change them out.

    See fine print
What did you do with your factory led drl? Did you disable it?

How bright are the leds on the shroud? Are they compatible to the factory strip?

Factory DRL are on with amber shrouds (in auto setting...my usual) headlights on, amber off and DRL dimmed.
Shrouds are plenty bright, compliment the DRLs and turn signals
Morimoto projectors are 1000% better than stock headlights.

Like that rear bumper is it stock with the led lights added in? Or is it an aftermarket?

Take a look at BigTundraEnterprises. He is well known in the Tundra community for his retrofits. As far as I know he is still doing them since retirement. I'll have to text him.

Also interested. I have done a few retrofit setups in the past and have loved the results but I wonder what he would charge. I have my first child coming at the end of the year and its kind of a rush to get everything wrapped up around the house!

Looking to replace my shitty stock SR5 halogens. I'm not necessarily in love with the PRO LED's, however that is the price point I'd like to stay around $500.-$600. Can anyone 2018 and up share pics of what you're running...thanks!!

Okay, what do you have there? They are cool, but look pricey. XB’s maybe? I’m hoping to stay under $700 for budget.
