Exactly why I left CA. I think both prices are just way to much.

That law is kind of a wink wink thing. Everything before the law in '13 grandfathered in so its tough to prove when the mag was purchased.

Very true. And the 55/62 sheriffs in this state refuse to enforce it.

    Some stuff
Same here. We couldn't afford to live there any more. Our rent was nearly 60% my monthly bring home and there was no way in hell we'd ever be able to buy something. Everyone we knew was dumbfounded we'd even consider leaving. Totally different living there when you're in the bubble vs just on the outside of it.

Colorado standards in this area, I agree.

Nice place, looks like you bought a garage with an attached house!

In my perspective, I just sold my 2 BR condo in downtown Chicago for that price.

I think the heat, 24-7 traffic, high ass taxes, high gas prices, over crowding, high crime rate, tiny property lines, smog is making me crazy :goingcrazy:

    Western NC, “Boondocks”

Magpul winked, and left moving their Corporation HQ to Austin, Tx. They said screw the anti gunners. It only cost CO $80 million. The slow creep of stripping 2a, keep your eyes and ears open.

Parking spot is 40k on its own and taxes on it are almost 1k. Oh, the state income tax just went up ~32% a few weeks ago and a beverage tax (in the guise of helping obesity, but they're really taxing the crap out of everything to bail out underwater pensions) was enacted last week. This state sucks!

i've lived in colorado for 25 years and i'm looking to get the f out!!! they can't handle the traffic, water restrictions, liberal b.s., even the mountains are starting to get ruined for me and i thought their beauty would always override the b.s :(

I was just looking at hunting laws and land to purchase last night. So, buy land somewhere else instead of CO? Now that some of you are wanting to leave.

If you guys recommend it, what's a good area?
