My 2018 Tundra cement SR5 Trd offroad with sr5 upgrade package, spray in bedliner, trifold tonneau cover, all weather mats, trd dual exhaust MSRP: $45,400. I walked out the door at 42,300 after I paid the taxes. They nocked off 3,100. I probably could have gotten more off but I was to excited to get the truck. If I would have wanted the MGM sport it was the same price minus the tonneau cover. Dont be afraid to haggle. Most dealership automatically take 1500 off msrp

The most Ive hauled in the truck and still had decent braking power and adequate suspension? Havent checked the weight but theres been 5 adults over 200lbs each with a fully loaded bed of hunting gear. Truck still had adequate braking and go.

OP, what do you want/need a truck for? If you are not going to tow, put a lot in back or have a need for more room with a family you may be more happy sticking with the Camaro. It will be a totally different driving experience.

OTD DOES NOT do others any good for price shopping. Taxes, doc fees, registration, and inspection all vary from state to state. The only thing that might be helpful is to list dealer and doc fees separate. My dealer tried to hit me with a $600 delaer fee. When I started to walk out to the finance office he took it off. When I negotiate a price with the sales person that it what I expect to pay less TTL. There are don dealer fees in TTL.

Yeah bud. I had to ask just to clarify whether it was out the door or pre-tax. In the instance above, the vehicle was USED. I’ve seen others talk prices on this board when buying NEW reveal a price they paid. They did not state ‘out the door’ or pre-tax. Obviously, MSRP is listed on Toyota dot com. And obviously, taxes vary from state to state. And stealerships also have differing fees they charge within their respective regions. So many variables.

In case you are wondering what happened to camaro guy. I got nice deal in my hometown I end up trading in my camaro for 26k and I bought 2018 Tundra sr5 5.7l FFV crewmax for 39,700 out of door price with 2.9% 72 months. I was looking for trd off road earlier but then I decided to go without any package as I am not going to do off roading. And now I will put big tires and wheels of my choice for 2600 :bananadance:

And man I just drove 30 miles today this thing is beast. Plus the view is so great I am feeling like sitting on second floor. Plus it got good hp too I love it. Now I just need to add step bar, bed cover, tires and muffler then I will be done.

I had issues with my braking system one time. Took it to the dealership for a service, and they fixed it and I love the truck!
