Shifter location - just curious

    2007 Tundra Crewmax Limited Silver/Redrock
    I kinda like the column shifters on automatic cars...I have the console shifter in my 2007 Limited (I think all Limiteds came that way?). All I know is that the seats on my Limited are EASILY the most comfortable seats of any car I have ever owned, and I’ve owned 32 of them.

    The only real defining difference to me is 5 vs 6 passengers with a very slight tradeoff of convenience/looks in exchange for being able to carry 6 passengers. For me, I rarely have more than 1-2 passengers so the console is a great fit for me.
