Icon RXTs are installed! Definitely what this truck needed. Setup is dialed in now

I think we are sitting pretty good after approximately 500 miles. It drives noticeably different too. Highly recommended

I have a 2011 Tacoma and sold it for an older 4Runner. When we were looking a few months ago and test drive the Tacoma again it just seemed so small. Wife gave the blessing for the crew tundra and after two road trips so far I’ve not heard complaining from her about being cramped

Let us know how you like the Wildpeaks, thinking of those for when my stock Michelin's wear out (I like that they're snow rated). Are those the rokblokz flaps?

I’ve got a set on my Tacoma with 50,000+ miles on them and still have tread left. I won’t buy any other tires. They’ve been excellent in all conditions on and off road. Quiet. No loss in fuel economy.

Yes. rokblokz. You can see the flex in the picture I posted. Factory ones would still be in Utah if I had left them on.

Very nice! Is there a particular reason you did not go with larger tires?

I thought about it but didn'ty want to make a jump to E range tires yet. I really considered going to 295 falkens...

I wish there was a try and buy on tires so I could run them for a week and see how it affects the ride, performance and fuel economy.

I know it is going to sound silly... I am considering getting the Falkens in the 265/70/18 size. Just a tiny bit taller, I don't think it would even be noticeable in width. But I could say I got bigger tires .

The main thing is I wanted something more aggressive. I’ve got a set of AT3w on my Tacoma and they have been awesome. This was the biggest I could go and still stay SL load range aka now gain 20 lbs a tire.

All my lighting and electrical stuff has arrived and hopefully will be installed this week.

I'm working on installing a HAM radio in a couple other trucks and then I'll tackle it in the tundra. Likely going to be an ICOM 2730

Still debating on the front camera. I put the kit from car solutions in my Tacoma and its pretty nice but I don't like that it has to override the GPS signal when active so it messes with navigation and the breadcrumb trail.

Switch pros, battery terminals, ditch lights, grill light all installed

Running the wire through the firewall for the switch pro was a pain but it’s not so bad now that I finally figured it out. Cut off the nipple on the drivers side directly under the main wiring harness, disassemble the connector on the switch pro (good luck, this is way harder than it should be), tape up the ends and rub some dish soap on it, it’ll slide right though. Reassemble the connection and you are all set.

The SDHQ grill mount required a little more massaging than I anticipated but everything seems to fit properly now. I had to bend the horns slightly for clearance as I needed to move the bar back to keep from hitting the grille.

Aside from those couple things, everything else went by pretty quick.

Here’s my switch pro wiring for anyone else who’s installing one. Also it’s very easy to disassemble the inlet into the dust box and use it as the entry point for the switch pro. Everything is tested and working: ignition, lights & high beam trigger.

Mounted the poles for the habitat the other day. Now I won't have to worry about them falling down into the bed any more. Actually a simple solution and only a couple dollars in outdoor velcro.

Very happy with them. Ride has been great and they are usually quiet unless they are really full of dirt. I’d definitely do them again. I’m running option 2, so I’ve still got another spring I can add to the leaf pack if I add a bunch more weight
