    Well I never updated.....we had pulled pork sandwiches, home cut French fries and broccoli slaw - the Heinz Carolina style bbq sauce is actually REALLY good. I typically don’t put any sauce on mine but that stuff is good. The flavor of the meat by itself was amazing. Mixed apple and hickory wood chips - 14.5 hours.

    the next night we had pork nachos. And the night after that we had what we call “loaded spuds” - a huge baked potato stuffed with pork, cheese, sour cream, etc.
