This is from USAA, and I think it is low because of the small size.

 

No offense taken. Interesting though because I know a handful of folks on Safeco and no one has had anything bad to say about them. Maybe it's a regional thing?! My agent explained to me that Safeco is just an extention of Liberty Mutual. To sell Liberty you have to be a sole agent - to sell Safeco you can be a multi-company agent.

I get my insurance through a local agent who represents a handful of different companies. If we're unhappy with an insurance company's performance (say lack of communication during a claim - which I recently had with my Dad's insurance after he backed into me) we call the agent and they get things back on track for us.
