UPDATE - Thank you so much for your help. I also looked up some undercoating videos online to come up with a plan. The steps I took are as follows:

First I used a wire brush, and a wire wheel drill bit, to sand down all the rust I could get to (there are a couple small areas I need to re-sand). Turns out almost all the rust was surface rust.

Next I used Simple Green to degrease the entire frame, wheel wells, interior bed panels, etc, and everything I could reach from under the truck.

Then I used a garden hose with a powerful nozzle to power wash (as best as a hose and nozzle can) everything down.

The following day when all was dry again I used Corroseal and painted EVERYTHING (minus a few of the bolts and the exhaust+clamps) that looked like could rust.

The next day after it dried I repeated this step.

The following day I used Amsoil HD MP and resprayed everything that was covered with dry Corroseal.

The following day I repeated this step.

I might use Blaster Surfacer Shield next, but I don't know if this is necessary.

Again, I did not do anything to the exhaust or exhaust clamps. I don't know if it would be worth it to even try, although they are quite an eye sore. Also, I see a couple small spots where I’ll need to re-sand, then apply the above steps over them, but overall I think this is much better.

Here's what it looks like now.
