    Granted my experience was just sales and not warranty work, but I’ve usually gotten an email back within 24 hours or been able to call immediately when I had questions

    The RCI sliders seem stout as hell to me, and have survived multiple trips to Bed Bath & Beyond with zero issues. I don't rock crawl per se, but I have used them with a Hi-Lift / jack stands, also zero issues. I've had them for two years and am still very happy with this purchase.

    No, they didn’t reply back. But lots of powder coated stuff gets screwed up in the North East. Most likely will just take it off next spring, buff it out, and spray paint it with some steel-it or rustoleum.
