Decided to sound dampen my RCSB today, with some killmat

It made a good difference, very pleased with the results and there seems to be less rattles. This truck's interior is, well, the opposite of my Land Cruiser lol, everything is cheap plastic looking. However she runs like new for 200K miles and she still looks good, and she is afterall, a truck so can't expect leather everywhere like my cruiser.

they’re fun to drive, you feel the power sadly crashed mine a couple days ago. Hit a sidewalk but took it like a champ should have it on the road by tomorrow.

All the part numbers are different, but that doesn't really answer your question. A part of me says 'why not', but hindsight says that you probably want to bring a tape measure before handing over any cash.

Jesus yeah i have no idea what the difference is, probably stay out of this one then. I figure'd it'll just be 2 different sets, one for a 4 door and one for a 2 door. I guess there's the 2 door long bed and 4 door long bed as well. How do i know if i have the offroad package or not?

Ya, what a mess. If you're getting the replacement springs for cheap enough, then you could have a go at it. The bushings/pins are usually the most difficult step of removal of the factory packs (just a heads-up). If you need springs, then there are the usual manufactures (Alcan, Deaver) to call up and quiz.

Nice, reminds me a lot of the T100, those are some bullet proof trucks, I'd love to have a T100 4x4 but people just use and abuse them

I've seen a white RCSB parked in a Meeks Lumber parking lot not too far from where I live, it looks like it's a 2nd gen and in great condition. I wonder if it's a 4x4...

Chances are very good that it is a 4x4, because very few 2WD RCSB were produced.

Here is my 16 RCLB base with the 5.7 and bucket seats,38,000 miles. I flew to FL from Kansas city and drove her home. You can eat off the frame it is so clean under there! The freakin doors are long. Spraying the bottom side with Wool Wax before I drive here in the calcium chloride spray they are using on the roads.DSCN1548.jpg DSCN1548.jpg DSCN1557.jpg DSCN1554.jpg

How many Regular Cab owners have passenger doors that are keyed?
Only the driver side door on my 2007 RCSB has keyed access.

I think that's the case with all Tundras, at least 2nd Gen and newer. I'll try to note that as I wander about today. I even think our 2007 Sienna LE is like that. Maybe look at one of the online dealer parts lists to see if there's a listing for a passenger door lock on the most basic variant. I'd do it, but coffee comes first. :pccoffee:

I wasn't able to come up with a clear answer via a dealer website. Our Sienna does however have a lock cylinder on the passenger side front door. I noticed that the 1st Gen Tundras/Sequoias do as well. I did not see a 2nd Gen Tundra/Sequoia with a passenger side lock, but I did notice that the one FJ Cruiser I thought to look at DID, and I think that the door handles are the same part, visually.

I don't have a lock cylinder on my passenger side door either, 2008 SR5

Anyways, I installed an active subwoofer to the truck today, man for the size of this thing, it hits like a ton of bricks. I feel like a young lad again, blasting all of my favorite classic rap songs and some techno, utz utz utz utz

It's easy to wire it up, just get power from the battery, ground the other part to the chasis, and tap into your stock speaker wires to get sound signal to the sub, it turns itself on when there's signal, auto off when not.

To get the power wire into the cab, i found this rubber grommet on the passenger side firewall and poked a hole in it and shoved the wire through, run it under the carpet then poking out of the carpet opening where the seat mounts. You cannot see any wires, i tucked everything.

    @Rex Kramer ,

Only the very base trucks that did not come with keyless entry would have passenger side key lock cylinder.

My 16 is a base, no pass side key lock. It did come with keyless entry. No window sticker included in sale so I really can't say if that was an option.

I did notice a DC yesterday that had a lock on the passenger side front door. It looked like a very seat-and-steering wheel variant.

Took bumpers off and am having them powdercoated to match the truck. Got a rock warrior color matched grill going on at the same time
