I just installed a factory Toyota tonneau cover on my RCSB. I was never really a fan of them but was surprised how nice the OEM cover looks on my RCSB. Wished I had done it years ago.

I thought the sports models with those bumpers couldn’t come with a tow package?

It was a used unit off another Tundra. Not sure if that particular type is still sold by Toyota.

On another note, my truck has held up well over the years, but there are some small stuff that I replaced... that goes bad like rubber pieces (weatherstripping on the doors, rubber around the antenna, etc) It is hard to believe it is almost 13 years old now. I also replaced the carpet with new OEM carpet and when it arrived, it was in a really old packaging that was dusty as hell. Parts guy said it was sitting on a shelf since 2007.

Something to consider is that any OEM part that is specific to RCSB is going to be tough to find as they get older.

2010 was the last year Toyota built the 2WD RCSB with a 5.7L

Do you happen to have the part number for the carpet? What color?

Hey Rex. I was referring to the availability of the bed cover from Toyota. I am not sure if Toyota still offers that bed cover.

According to my paperwork, the P/N for the front carpet is:

    58510-0C360-B0 (Grey color)
    CARPET ASSY, FLOOR, FRONT
$678.86 <--- (What I paid, price may vary)

I still have the old carpet too so I will double check the P/N as it is attached to it.

This has always bothered me. Are you guys able to drive more than 45 mph with one or both windows down without the wind booming in the cab or excessive seat belt flapping?

Mine has a clip that holds the passenger seat belt in place... you could always buckle it.

So does mine, and I use it but it doesn't prevent the buzzing/flapping. Even the driver side belt buzzes when I'm wearing it. It's the portion of the belt that comes out of the retractor and up the b-pillar to the height adjuster. And the wind booming, you don't notice that?

Additional: I have the standard shape smaller sport mirrors, I wonder if that's a factor. I'll have to see what happens when I have them retracted.

I don't usually drive with the windows down but I haven't noticed anything annoying about the seat belt or wind when I do. My windows don't stay down past 40-50 mph as I tend to roll them up by then.

Same here, but sometimes I keep them down a little longer to evacuate the heat a bit quicker after it's been in the sun on those hot days.

The first comment people usually make about riding in my RCSB is how huge the doors are. The smaller, weaker passengers have a tough time closing the door and I have to make sure they are aware of how big they are before they open them in a parking lot.

With that being said, the size of the doors leads to huge windows so maybe the volume of wind going in and out with them down is annoying for some.

I've laughed at myself on occasion when I've been parked off camber with the driver's door on the high side and the effort necessary to get the door to open.

There is a resonance that occurs and makes a booming sound. Yes, it's annoying. I was trying to determine if it was particular to my truck, hence the speculation on the mirrors, or common in others/all RCSB variants.

Mine has buckets and a center console / jump seat with storage well, it is a column shift.

The space behind the seats is large, almost as large as the xtra cab my T100 had.
I took these pictures when I had the floor panel removed for some deep cleaning.
