    Exactly my thoughts!!! Going through the thread seems like @RCIoffroad really needs to step up its game! Several missing hardware orders, non stainless bolts, smaller washers... Not really encouraging news to hear for the order I've placed last week :facepalm:

    Shouldn't the kit come complete and spare the buyer the trip to the hardware store???

    @RCIoffroad have some QA process prior to shipping out; make sure the correct and full hardware it's included....

    My question is where are my skids lol I was told 1/2 weeks then it turned into 2 weeks then 3 cause of covid then it was they are done and shipping last week now it’s tues still no update no calls back no emails I’m just not impressed

    You do have to replace the hardware with stainless. That’s true. I think I spent $20 or so upgrading all the hardware but I live in Maine. It’s a necessity with the salt they put on the road during the winter. If I lived in a southern state with no snow, I would have just used the hardware they provided.
    The powder coated steel plate from RCI is a beast and was well worth it. Perfect fit and finish.

    It took more than 2 weeks for me to get mine. The website said 1-2 weeks but I figured it would be a little bit longer due to the Covid. I would just hang tight and wait for the tracking numbers. Hopefully everyone at RCI is healthy and they are just running behind a bit because of the sale they are running.

    I just got a email they said they are shipping Friday they we’re waiting on the engine but it would ship Friday. My reply was this is the same thing u told me last week lol but ok.

    Exactly my thoughts! I understand the HUGE shortcomings of the current health situation, BUT I'm sitting here with a 'Processing' order since 4/8 no word from RCI... Charge already cleared from my CC... it's the order coming? yes? no? no word from them... A lot can be solved with basic communication, it's a matter good business practice and respect towards the customer!

    Keith and Roman are some of the exceptions, but yeah. Being courteous to the people you are buying from is pretty much dead too. I couldn't work in customer service now days. Too many D-Bags that think "the customer is always right" and other idiotic things.

    I’ve talked to both of them and I agree they are beyond amazing and the guys at all pro for my sliders I had an issue I was blown away at the service I got. But like my dad says I used to pay for craftsmanship now I pay for excuses lol.

    You are right... yet an email with 'Hey, we are OK but as you can tell there are a lot of issues nowadays. We appreciate your business, patience and understanding' shouldn't be an overwhelming task... emails can be sent from home or any other preferred safe location... either by phone of laptop...
