    Best thing to do is reach out to the seller because I don't know - Casey had to go a step further to manually kill his auto fold, but this little contraption may have that feature built in. You can be the Guinea pig :p

    Love the build! Question for ya:

    I'm attempting to retrofit the same USB-C connector into my 2000. I've got the plug and the connector ordered- but where'd you get the internal metal piece that crimps onto the wire?

    I'm hoping to remove my original connector and crimp the new female pins onto the original wires. There's just a positive and negative, correct?

    I assume you are asking about the actual terminals that go into the plastic housing?
    You'll need Toyota part number 82998-24290 for those. If you buy from Toyota, they will come with a ~6" pigtail of wire already crimped.
    and yes, it is simply a positive and a negative.
    Pin 1 (looking at the front of the connector, not the end the wires enter) is +12V. Pin 2 is ground.

    Working on rounding up the parts for a full brake job as well. Lots of research, but never found a comprehensive parts list. It is my luck that I'll have everything apart and discover that something small can't be re-used so I would rather have every part available as a spare when I pull it apart.

    Here is what I have ordered so far... If one of the calipers is FUBAR, I have confirmed the local Napa has reman calipers in stock in a black finish that I have used in the past on my 2008 with good luck.
    • (1) Front Disc Brake Pad Kit - Part Number: 04465-02440 (Includes 4 pads only - these are the OEM pads, not TRD or "economy")
    • (1) Rear Disc Brake Pad Kit - Part Number: 04466-02340 (Includes 4 pads only - these are the OEM pads, not TRD or "economy")

    • (2) Rear Brake Rotor - Part Number: 42431-0C011
    • (1) Disc Brake Fitting Kit Front - Part Number: 04947-0C030 (W-shaped wire springs)
    • (1) Anti Squeal Shim Kit Front - Part Number: 04945-0C040 (front pad shims)
    • (4) Pin with Hole - Part Number: 90240-06024 (front caliper slide pins)
    • (2) Pin Hold Clip - Part Number: 90016-AS903 (clip for front caliper slide pins)
    • (1) Anti Squeal Shim Kit Rear - Part Number: 04946-02110 (rear pad shims)
    • (1) Disc Brake Fitting Kit Rear - Part Number: 04948-02140 (little clip thingies for the rear)
    • (4) Flange Bolt - Part Number: 90105-A0336 (Front caliper mounting bolts)
    • (4) Bolt with Washer - Part Number: 90119-A0282 (Rear caliper mounting bolts)
    Trying to decide if I want to pick up a pressurized brake bleeder kit, since I need to do a full fluid change AND I'm going to replacing the soft lines at the same time.
