I have same problem on occasion. Dealer stated it was just the way the motorized lumber sometimes shifts. I say BS but they will not do anything!

    Hi Everyone!

Any update on this? Driving me crazy

I tightened one bolt in the rear but I don’t think that was the issue.

You can feel it or just hear it? I had a similar issue and the click noise was coming from the seat belt connector and not the seat itself.

Same issue here 21 trail edition. Any remedies? Dealer can't recreate the issue.

Same problem here. 21 platinum. I feel like something slightly “pops” or moves in the lumbar area. I have my lumbar all the way out and sometimes it drives me crazy! Took it to the dealer and they could not replicate the problem.

At one point if I move the lumbar all the way out, then back in, it would pop but of course it stopped doing that when I took it to the dealer. I hope someone can figure this out!

Same issue, 21 TRD OR Premium w 67,000km. At first instance, dealer retorqued seat bolts. Issue persisted. Now I’m told this is normal for power seats. Was told only other recourse was to purchase a new seat frame (frame not covered under ECP) and a new seat frame is $1,700 cad plus labour to install.

Hi! I can feel and hear it. Definitely agree with it’s coming from the lumber area. Just so strange it’s not all the time. Ugh!!

Also by replacing the seat frame is it a permanent fix or are we going to have the same issue? Seems like it’ll come after a while.

If anyone knows the exact culprit please share. Thanks!!

Just found a way to duplicate the noise. Waiting for the weather to get warmer and going to determine what’s the issue.

If you grab the left shoulder of the seat and push/pull you can hear the clunk/pop noise from the bottom of the seat. Maybe for some it could be the right side.

When I get a chance to pin point exactly what it is, I’ll let you all know. Thanks!
