    I found that coconut oil works really well in my adventures. And it’s good for the skin too...:spy:

    After 6 weeks of gutting, building walls, installing new windows, installing insulation and sheetrock my wife walks in and said "what's taking so long? It only takes a half hour on tv...."

    As a plumber I always recommend Delta Faucets in the kitchen and Moen in the bathroom. I would just install a new Moen single-lever faucet. The cartridges have a lifetime warranty and they are easy to replace if you have water issues.
