I rock a Moto Edge plus with a clear case. I put the metal plate, inside the case and stuck to the case. No problems of it coming off yet. I'm using the bigger of the 2 metal plates. But no hardcore off-roading either.

Do you know if you can get the charger power straight from the USB port or do you have to use the cig lighter adapter? The 2020 only has 1 port and my dash cam uses it.

Should be able to use the USB port. It comes with the cable.

Just got a Scosche mount, love it. Not that I do any off roading or anything crazy, but phone doesn't shake or vibrate at all. I can pivot it any which way I want, and the magnet is rock solid.

Same one I have, and I put it in exactly the same place. I love it. Perfectly places the phone right next the main vehicle screen, easily accessible, doesn't block any controls, and doesn't block any vents. Perfect IMO.

That's what I have also. I have the plate on the inside of my phone cover, and even with that the magnet is still strong enough to hold it even while off-road.
I just got one for my daughter also.

Perfect unless you have the Column Shifter at least!
Not so much though if you do.

I second the Offroam mount. Very solid. Easy to install with no modifications needed. Doesn’t move at all in normal driving circumstances. I wouldn’t consider anything else. Just my 2 cents.

Amazon, it was like $11.00 bucks. They have another which is the exact same one but claim the magnet is stronger for $20.00 but honestly, this one is totally fine...

Won’t be cheap but considering a Mous case for iPhone and their wireless charger pad that can mount on dash of the Tundra and then get wireless CarPlay. Hmmm may consider that.

ProClip is where it’s at. Been using them for a while and they are great. They make vehicle specific mounts that have stay put for me so far.

It’s very nicely built. I just don’t care for it’s placement.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST phone holder for your Tundra... NO DOUBT!

It auto-opens and closes with infrared movement and has a very, VeRy tightly integrated fit within the dashboard. You'll never knock this thing off. Oh yeah, it wirelessly charges too if your phone supports that. https://www.amazon.com/ProHolder-Co...ords=tundra+pro+holder&qid=1619133434&sr=8-10

    It's good
those are great with a smooth surface to mount. There is even a cleaner version.

Another vote for Pro Clip... definitely on the expansive side but it’s rock solid and it has outlasted previous mounts by a long shot.
