Still not happy with any of the options found so far.
Does anyone have anything that works well for non-magsafe phones?

I like that set up, especially as a quadlock fan.

So a year or so later, how is it holding up?

No issues at all. Even in Florida heat, haven’t had to replace the 3M automotive tape and it’s still solid.

I like that. Is it stick on or did you drill into the dash?

it works just fine to keep it juiced up in my opinion. Little slower for sure, if trying to get quick juice, I’ll use a USB cable from center console instead.

and it’s still holding strong after the initial 3M tape application. And as mentioned before, I’m in Florida and still seems just as solid as the day I put it on.

Stick on but it didn’t last long. I wouldn’t recommend it

Hey! Looks like you attached this to the softer, “leather” like material. Is that correct? If so, have you had any issues with the weight of your phone stretching that material in the heat?

    None at this point.
I must be in the minority when it comes to mounting my phone in the Truck.
I could see it if you spent a lot of time in your truck and worked out of it.
Mine usually just rides in one of the cup holders.
And I generally only have two people calling me...the Wife and my Best Buddy.
But I get the appeal, kinda one of those "A place for everything and everything in its place".

I loved the Offroam with a simple magnet so much, I put one on the drinker side!

Is that the normal extension that comes with it or did you buy a longer one?

My 2022 tundra has over 174,000 miles on it now. I’m definitely in my truck a lot and I get more phone calls than I’ve ever imagined I’d ever get….

With this said, this topic is quite old now. I no longer have a mount as I’ve not found one that meets exactly what I want.

I don't get why people want to mount their phone on some kind of stand. The 3rd gen Tundra's have the perfect spot for placing your phone(s) built-in. When you connect with the phone to your truck's computer the BIG screen becomes your phone. The Mic's are right above your head and your speakers become your phone speakers. What more could you ask for?

You know what they say, to each their own. What's perfect for you may not be perfect for all. 36k miles in the seat in the 1st year, I get a lot of seat time. The Qi charger won't charge my phone with through the case, and if it could, the slow charge many times would barely keep up with the battery usage. Which is not perfect, at all.

Own a business with customers interacting with you every hour of the day. While I can always speak to them on the phone, I cannot pull up blueprints via email or read hover reports or look at other various things…. Yes, I shouldn’t do this while driving….
