Gold Camp and Phantom can be done in either, you already know that. I say the truck?

I will probably take the truck. Drop tire pressure from 80 to 45 psi. Need to get it out of the garage for the weekly drive anyway.

Yep. Does that road ever close? Guess it depends how bad of a snow storm we get Wed/Thur.

I called the Chamber of Commerce up in Cripple Creek, the Teller County Sheriffs Office. Then I was directed to the Colorado State Patrol, these folks only work 8-4. So far as Teller County they said, they have not heard of it closing this year.

OK, cool. Like Slavin said, I need some dirt therapy.

BTW, I have 2 sick kids at home. :fingerscrossed: they are cured by Saturday for 1, and 2, that me or wife don't get it. If so, I'm gonna be pissed

More like roll out by 630 to be at the springs by 8.
Road is about 25 miles from start point. Non stop should be about 1-1.5 hours. But gotta stop for lunch, cake and sing happy birthday.

Gold Camp Rd is also about an 1-1.5 hour. I would say by 1500-1600 we should be down by Canyon City headed north.
