Just a small update. I can still use this truck like a work truck kind of lol. Remodeling my backyard and I put the tundra to work. Got me thinking about trying to keep this a dual purpose truck. I wonder if I can install some air bags and not lose travel or beef up the suspension for small tow purposes. Any ideas anyone? Or am I overreaching with long travel and towing?

BOSS airbags make a triple ball airbag. I’ve got them on my Cruiser. But not sure if they have enough length for the lift on your truck but worth a look? They are durable.

What weld on rear lower shock mount is that? I have a similar setup ready to install but don’t have a rear lower shock mount? I purchased a Dirt King but I think they sit much lower, since I have the Camburg bedcage.

Cali Fab built those lower shock mounts. I know exactly what your going though, after looking at as much photos as i can, which was limited, I left it up to the fabricator to build me something. I figured we'll, they need to cycle the suspension so they will figure out the best placement for them.

Some backyard action. Figured I'd update it since I kind of exposed some of my backyard work in my last post.

So I got the turf in, installed a patio cover, added some concrete and repaired some of the old concrete and I painted it. Also my boy is growing up some.

So I did another wheel swap. Pulled the wheels and tires off the tundra and swapped them over to the sequoia.

The sequoia is now sitting on 37s and the tundra is back on 35s. I felt like the 37/1250 was a bit narrow for the tundra with the bulge fenders. I think my next step is to get the bedsides installed and maybe I can get to some cool stuff like bumpers and new wheels and tires. I absolutely love the way the sequoia is currently sitting atm. That's my small update for now.
