    I use aircraft rails to strap everything down in the bed. Works well. Got them from US Cargo Control

    It's hinged on the passenger side and lifts to 90 degrees with a 12v actuator. I designed it and DMZ Fab and Race Prep fabricated it for me. Its an easy way to keep the weight of the tent and awning low to the ground and still be able to lift it and get access to my gear. Hold on let me find a pic

    Depends on how you cycle, with steroids or just creatine.

    I tried without the actuator. Me and a buddy could not lift a 220lbs RTT and awning and rack. My new RTT is 100 lbs less, but I wtill wouldn't want to.

    I'm sorry I meant if you mounted a 35 on the stock spare rim. With a 6in lift maximum B.S. is 5in. You don't have that with the spare. I believe you need this backapacing because of the new spindles. So if your front went flat you'd have to put one of your rear tires up front and then the spare on the back. Correct?

    Ahhh, Yes. Correct-ish. You'd be safe to say you could still mount a 35" Tire on a stock rim and run it, just won't be able to turn tight. About the tire hitting the Spindles....not sure. I don't know the answer to that one.

    Because like the same reason for the tire rubbing on the Top Spindle, the Tire will rub on the Inner Cab Mount or the Inner Bumper at full bump unless the tire is back spaced correctly or you put wheel spacers on.... this is if you are stock height.

    Oh yeah that I understand. That's why said if you get a flat in the front you could take one of your rear wheels and replace the flat and put the spare on the back. To get to where you're going.

    Even if I throw a 35 on the spare rim? I just know I can't use the spare in the front cause of the backapacing. That's why I'm wondering if this would work. Rather than buying a 5th wheel and tire

    No, it would be fine with a 35. But if you were going to go through all the trouble and buy a 35 tire anyways, I would just buy another wheel. Plus, you would have to carry around a different set of lugs too.

    Why would I need new lugs? I guess I just didn't want to spend the money on a new rim that's gonna sit underneath my truck. I figured if I got a cheap 35, throw it on the spare I'd be good for an emergency situation just to get where i was going. This wouldn't be for off roading. This would be I have a blow out on the highway type situation

    Yeah, it's a tight fit but it's in there without hitting anything. Clears my Toytec shackles, CB shackles probably won't clear.
