My personal opinion would be to get a wheel with more of an offset verses adding spacers, if you can swing it! I chose a 18x9 wheel with a +18 ET. 295/70R18 Copper ST Maxx Tires.

That is the stance I like. I just don't quite have the funds for the new wheels. Have kid on the way. :)

Looking real nice. Good to leave some rake when hauling a lot.

No problem! I had to make minor modifications due to a little rub.

I've been trying to decide on either toyo rt's or at2 extremes. I put a lot of miles on pavement. Winters are short but pretty treacherous in Texas. Lots of melted snow turning to ice. But I'm at a lot of railroad crossings where it gets pretty muddy after a rain. I was leaning towards the at2 since it has a lot mire siping, but I don't know how well they would do in the mud. My bfgs worked flawlessly thru the last two winters, but sucked in the mud. Anyone have an opinion on these two tires or have advice?

Hi. New member here. I have an 08 Tundra 4wd and I want to know what I need to do to be able to put 35" tires on and not rub. I currently have stock 18"rims. I am looking at a 2.5-3" Rough Country leveling kit. What else do I need to do? I am assuming that I need a lift but I am not really an expert with this. Thanks.

Wow a lot to think about and very confusing. I thought I knew what I wanted but now I have to go back to the drawing board. Are there any side by side pictures of 20"/18" 33/35 tires and different offsets. I don't know what I want to do now.

    Lots and lots
I have a 2005 Tundra I bought new in 2004. Have about 60K miles on it. 2.5 inch Donahoe Racing Coil overs, Total Chaos upper control arms, 4 inch tuff country lift and 35"x 20" x 12.5 Toyos on it.
Cant remember what the offset was but it was pretty crazy, were not very many rims at the time to choose from but these are 20" rims on a 2005. Didn't do any cutting of fender, a little hitting with a hammer though.

Was able to keep it pretty level and keep a smooth ride.

These are vision rims 20 inches with cooper discover h/t plus tires 275/60. I spent about 8 months shopping around for the right rim and tire to put on my truck. To me these tires are great on road travel as well as good off road traction.
