Great win by Tomac — awesome to see him lock down that main after his crash last week and the blitz from Sexton in the heat race. What a boss.

Yeah that was a good race. Tomac is a beast! Physically demanding track. Sexton almost lost it at least 3 times. If he can learn to back it down just a little he would be very consistent and he would still be fast. Hope Ferrandis is ok. Poor view but it looked like his neck bent hella backwards on the crash

Saw the race last night in person at NRG. First time I had been to an actual one. I used to follow supercross big time 5-10 years ago. Got a couple for really good tickets for my birthday so we went last night.

Sexton had the fastest lap but looked like he just ran out of stamina at the end. He got close to Tomac but never could pull off the move.

The Ferrandis crash was pretty rough. It was basically right in front of where we were sitting. He was out cold for a good 2-3 minutes with no movement at all. I didn’t see it actually happen but saw all the aftermath and they never showed a replay.

Was cool to see guys like Roczen, Webb, Tomac Barcia( some of the bigger names I remembered) out there but most were no where near as fast as Tomac.

Was surprised when I saw the results that Haiden Deegan ended up fourth in the 250s. I was skeptical if he would make the main after his showing in the SX Futures race last week.

Same. I don’t totally understand the Deegan hype, but he posted a good result last night. We’ll see if he can keep it up, and how he does with tracks like Daytona and Atlanta.

I'm waiting for the replay to post.

Edit:. That was a good 450 main. The track was treacherous. Congrats to Roczen! Barcia was one with his bike, that was fun to watch. I think Tomac just was happy to get off a track he obviously didn't agree with. Webb to the lead in the championship.

Just looked at last weekend results, Deegan another podium in the 250s. The kid looks like he might be for real. Josh and Justin Hill both in the top ten !!! Great job for those Oregon brothers.

Deegan definitely has promise, he’s riding really well. That said, the interaction between Deegan and Jordon Smith in that heat race was pretty stupid.

I’ve never been a huge Plessinger fan, but I felt so bad for him after that crash. He was riding so well and definitely deserved the win. You could tell how heartbreaking it was for him in that post-race interview. The guy is a class act.

I'm not a huge fan of his either but when he is on he can ride real well. If he gets rolling like he did when he won his 250 championship he will do damage.

On a side note. I still think Tomac is in control of this championship. But Webb's consistency may just win it for him. Then you have the X factor... Sexton. A good championship so far.

ET1 with the red plate again ! Side note, ran into a friend of mine last week, Nick Dunne, he used to ride freestyle. He got to go back to Detroit and do a demo in between the heats and the lcqs. He was pretty stoked, he had not done that in years. His 9 year old son landed a backflip to dirt late last year also. I'm not a big freestyle guy but I thought it was pretty cool !

Was a pretty cool track last night. ET in complete command now. Would love to see him pad his win total from here on out but I feel he will manage the championship and just try to beat Webb each race. Sexton is 25 points back in third place. Barcia was on it last night. Love watching him ride also.

Will be fun to watch how this plays out. I will be at Atlanta next week, gonna be sweet!

FINALLY got to watch another race this year other than A1. The racing was good, wish there was more places to pass.
