In my process to have chrome delete I just ordered the door handles and mirror caps in matte black. 48% off sparksparts plus used code tundradude34 for a extra 5% off

Ran into another SM today on the road that was also lifted with wheels/tires. We looked at each other like we saw a ghost (because this color is so rare and then to find one that's not stock) and chatted briefly at the light.

90% done with my chrome delete. Still have to find someone that can paint my 1794 emblems. Just need to install trd hood scoop and replace door scuff plates.

nice! Where did you find doorhandles and mirror caps? I painted them all myself because they weren't available from Toyota. The mirror caps now are but the handles aren't.

Speaking of that I'm currently building my off-road bumper. Selling my OEM color matched full bumper with paint protection film and only 11,000 miles in about a month. Bumper in brand new condition. Anyone interested PM me. I'm in Houston/Cypress, TX. Thanks!

I got all of my oem parts from my Toyota parts department. Then sent all of the parts to a body shop to paint.

Well, that is a bit of a story. Those are Toyota W-Drop steps (not sure who really makes them) and apparently they are only available on the TSS models that they only sell in the gulf states. I tried to get Toyota dealers to order them here (Kansas) and they all said they were not allowed to. They didn't even have the part number, which I gave them, in their system. The steps come out of the South Eastern Toyota Factory Warehouse. So the best deal/shipping I could find was through a gulf state dealership called Treasure Coast Toyota of Stuart (Florida).

I'm not a big fan of steps, but my wife needs them to get in and out. So if I have to have them, I have to say I've been very happy with these at least. I like how they look with the taper that follows the front and the steps are open at the back for drainage. I do a significant amount of hunting and fishing, and I noticed they do collect mud in those cutouts; so that has been the only real complaint I have, but any step will collect ice and mud.

They are great quality, the hardware was all included and packaged well. It took be about 45 minutes to get both sides on, and a lot of that time was just getting them all unpacked. Treasure Coast or whoever shipped them packaged the hell out them to prevent damage. I had no hiccups at all getting them from Treasure Coast or putting them on.

There's a whole sticky from Roman I believe with all the info you need. Only the bulge cam color matched, I had the rest painted and did the install. Super easy.

@Chasingstatus if you look at the garage picture, you'll see a car underneath the cover and a poster on the wall. We have the same tastes! 16 years I've had her, only 69k miles too.

Both are gorgeous, in the process to buy my co workers 800whp 05 g35 coupe over the winter. I'll probably part with my tundra and find something older to get my bikes to the track and be able to have a fun car again.

Thanks! The Tundra looks great, any reason you would just keep it and get the G35?

Ceramic coating and ceramic tint done. Sound system upgrade done. I am loving this truck! The shades the smoked mesquite reflect under different light is awesome!

Smoked Mesquite is the best color for a 1794, it just blends perfectly with the saddle tan interior.

I am looking at a barely used 2021 Tundra 1794 in that color now. Was waiting for the new Gen Tundra but what I seen thus far gives me second thoughts (mostly optics).

Picked up this ‘18 limited 4x4 in early December. Installed a dobinson 2.5” lift, pulled the sway, installed bud built skids, and afe intake. Since the pic ive slapped on a set of 275/65r20 gm take offs.
I’ve got white knuckle sliders waiting to be installed, just waiting on the frame gusset plates.

The deal fell through, I was looking at getting out of payments as I'm trying to get my race license. But still have a nice fun vehicle. I'm not really a truck guy, I own one out of "necessity". Even though, I barely use the thing. It moves motorcycles and destroys gas. Don't get me wrong I like the truck alot. But I could do without.

How do you like the Leer topper? I've always had ARE but I'm thinking about trying a leer or Jason topper
