Finally posting in this thread! Got the Eibach Pro Coilover 2.0 kit, and the Total Chaos UCAs. Only had time to install the front coilovers so far. I will be going at the rears later this week. It gave me about 2.5 inches of lift in the front and feels much more solid than the stock setup I'd been driving with for 12 years. Pics are a comparison of old parts vs new parts. 20220603_134255.jpg 20220603_151052.jpg 20220603_164356.jpg 20220604_113357.jpg

Bilstein 5100’s on middle setting - bought assembled with the springs from a member on here. The springs came from a newer Tundra so I didn’t have to fool around with a spring compressor. It was time to replace those old and tired springs anyways.

So much better. I was riding on the stock suspension for 12 years, so anything would feel better. Lol... Feels very solid though!

UCAs we're actually not bad. The coilovers were the hard part because they're a bit larger than the stock bilsteins. So getting everything lined up perfectly was the challenge.

Does anyone know where I could get front coil springs for a Bilstein 5100? Note that I only need the spring because I have everything else.

Edit: could I use any set of Springs from another set of something else, ie:stock

    How
Sorry to disappoint, but I already have this figured out. But while I’m at it, would stock springs go around a bilstein 5100 for a lift. I have a rough country 3.5” lift up front but I’m almost certain that they have sagged down on both sides a considerable amount. I have some brand new 5100’s sitting here with hardware, but no springs. Any help on that would be great, thanks.

Stock springs would work just fine on some 5100s, that's how my setup is.

If you’re asking me, both my bumpers and rack are home made. (and thank you!) If not.......carry on.

    Thanks!

    16’ NRS Kodiak.

We bought it used late season last year. I’ve been putting a bit of work into it this year. We got it out quite a few times. Never enough, though.

Did you use a shim on the driver to correct the lean?

6" Procomp Stage 2 lift Black Rhino Sierra 20x10 0 offset on 325x65x20 Nitto Ridge Grapplers Smitty Built M1 front grill
    Update:

My last hoorah with this truck so i decided to throw on 37's because they were the same price for 35s lol.

Issues: rubbed at full lock. Rubbed slightly in reverse on bumper.
Fix: Full BMC done myself and modded the front bumper tabs that were touching while flexing in reverse. No more rub.
while on the lift i noticed components are completely worn out. UCA balljoints, outer tie rod bushings and my rear blocks have shifted on the rear axles.

Im gunna need to have some work done so heres my thoughts

The stage 2 6" pro comp is designed to use OEM UCA... Well I've had the lift since 2015 and the joints are shot.

    Questions:
What UCA will work with the 6inch procomp. Do i have to get fully adjustable billet ICON, CAMBURG etc or will tubular ICON, SPC TOTAL CHOAS work? I know some guys here know and will chime in.

Is there a leaf package that i can eliminate the blocks?? Deaver? ICON RXT or any other brand?

Note: im planning on updating the front to full coilover and adding new rear shocks as well.

hopefully you dont need to use your spare while on 37's :). At this point i would remove it and get a fix flat bottle.
I like TC for UCAs and Deaver for leaf pack.
I would just get rid of the pro comp if it was me since you gonna upgrade everything anyways.
