The tires do rub slightly when in reverse on drivers side on the cab mount. Not enough to do a bmc. I had already moved the plastic behind the front bumper forward a hair out of the way.

Yea for now. Just lift blocks but I’d like to go with something else in the future. Either aftermarket shackles or different leafs. I haven’t looked into my options

So I’m sure this has been addressed before but I can’t find it.
I’m putting on 5100s tomorrow on top setting and adding +1.5 shackles.
With stock trd wheels how big of tire can I fit? Spacers are an option but I’d rather not use them as I haul a horse trailer a lot in the summer.

Nice looking rig, and loves those tires. A friend has them on his 2020 Ram and loves them so far. Would love to hear your feedback on how they perform, they are on my wish list if I go M/T next set of tires

So, how does the 3-4" lift affect ride and driveability? I put about 30K miles a year on the Tundy driver.

I love this. I just bought an 08 with original shocks and a 3” pick up front & 2” block in back. How are you liking the Eibach on lowest setting??? Now after a couple years...

2010 limited with Eibach/Toytech 3in lift kit. 275/70/18 Cooper Discoverer AT3 XLT. Really like the tires for what i do. Play in the sand but my mudding days are over. Not as impressed with the lift. The build qaulity is good no issues with the parts but the ride isnt a whole lot better than my superduty with an 8in lift was. I expected a bit of a stiffer ride but hoped it would help with the big bumps on these horrible michigan roads but NO its just a much stiffer ride overall. I have to put the rear shackles on and ditch the block. Hopefully that will help some. In hindsight i would have tried the billstien 5100s. My buddy has them on a stock setting with stock springs and its a pretty good ride. I went back and forth with toytech between the eibach and boss series. I should've ponied up for the boss i think. I've put 2000 miles on them so far. Maybe the springs will soften some. Lost about 2 mpg with this setup but i new a loss was coming. Love the look just might have to upgrade to Fox or Boss series next year. Oh yeah and i highly recommend the jba uca. The Alingment is perfect.20210415_163445.jpg

That's pretty nice! Did you have to do a diff drop, or change the gear ratio?

What are people's thoughts/experiences on Toytech lifts/leveling kits? Thinking of getting this one:

I believe the general consensus is good across the world wide web.. I ordered this kit this Monday after a couple weeks of reading. Will try to make sure I post in about a month when it’s done..

My bad bro, I thought you meant this kit which is the one I ordered. I’ll be taking spacers off in lieu of this. I think spacers kind of suck for ride, suspension longevity & performance.. That also seems to be a consensus..

Please let us know what you think of that Toytec 3" kit. I am considering that one also.

I am getting rid of the chrome steps and replacing them with black so they blend in with frame a little bit and are not so obvious.

I have the Eibach adjustable level kit with a 1" block in the rear that I will be removing soon and putting up for sale. Here is the kit I have screen shot as well of what I paid so would be a great deal for someone looking for a nice kit that keeps a bit of rake it the rear. Or you can remove the 1" blocks in the back and stay level.

    https://realtruck.com/p/eibach-pro-truck-2-3-adjustable-lift-kits/eib-e80-82-067-01-22/

Not sure if there is a difference other than RealTruck helped me piece together adding the rear block kit (and I negotiated a better price than listed. But it is a good deal cheaper than from Toytec and appears to be the same. I really like it but am planning on bumping up to the Zone 5" lift and 35's. Wheels and tires will be for sale too if someone just wants a whole new look for a discount! Everything was installed at the same time and only has about 5K miles on it. Wheels are Moto Metal MO970 20x9 0 offset with 295/60/20 Nitto Ridge Grappler tires. Everything is in perfect condition. I am just outside St. Louis. Would be willing to meet at a reasonable distance or ship at your cost. Hit me up if you are interested.

@camillethetoy My buddy that installed it called Eibach and they recommended not going above the middle setting. They said the top setting is only if you have additional weight up front like an aftermarket bumper or brush guard. So I think the lift up front ended up being a bit over two inches.

Where was this thread when I was googling 6" lift pics for my Gen 2? Well it's now my new favorite thread.

So in that light, my truck is in the shop as I write this and should be at 6" when I pick it up. Dropped it off first thing this morning and will hopefully be done soon as I have an appt later this afternoon to also have some Nitto Ridge Grappler 35s installed. I'm way excited!

    This is the before: 2.5" leveling spacer, stock rear, 18 x 9 XD778 wheels +18 offset, BFG K02 275/65 R18 (roughly 32 x 11)
