Maybe have your tire shop mount it and see if it fits. I wouldn't put a brand new tire as my spare as it's temporary, until you get your original tire fixed so may be a waste of money.

But you can always tip the guys at the shop and throw it on the spare rim and do a dry run to see if it fits. That's what I did. You will need to remove those guides though. Pictures of my setup are in previous posts.

Just an update. I found a used 285/70/18 tire on Facebook for $40, got it mounted and balanced for $42 at Discount Tire. Went to raise it into place under the truck and it fits between the coachbuilder shackles, but it is hitting the rear bumper and resonator from DirtyDeeds.

I'm supposed to drive 350 miles this weekend. Is it okay for the spare to rub against the resonator? Any thoughts on a quick solution to get through this trip? Should I buy heat wrap at AdvanceAuto and wrap the resonator? Try to adjust it?

Thank you for everyone's advice and help so far on my spare tire questions!

Do you have guides under there pushing it toward back of truck?

Nope this is with the guides removed. I didn't get a chance to take any pictures, however, the chain crank is cranked all the way up and the tire is against the rear bumper/hitch and up front i see it pressing against the resonator near the middle of the resonator.

I've thought about getting some heat wrap to wrap the resonator or trying to unbolt it and adjust it a little, but I'm not sure how much I can adjust it since I had to cut the hole in the exhaust for it.

I had to press the tire forward as I raised it, you can also take some air out of it, bring a little air compressor just incase. Harbor freight has them for cheap.

Thank you for everyone's feedback. I unbolted the DD resonator and shifted it a little forward and up to make space for the tire. Plenty of clearance now.

285/70/18 used Toyo Open Country spare on stock rim
    +2 Coachbuilders shackles
    DD resonator
Removed the tire guides so I guided the tire in place manually as a friend cranked it up.

Passenger side- There is less than 1" of clearance from shackle to tire

looks perfect. That’s about all of the clearance I have as well. Also have the resonator installed.
