Bad storms here and my ups battery exhausted 30 mins before power could be restored.

You guys get the idea now still have about a inch left on the head. .. I hate to sound this way but my Tacoma might get one it has a nice feel to it. .... with how solid it is I think it's over kill on the inside I will reduce just 10% .. (save on cost)

Epoxy will be need for the teeth for sure. For strength.

Mounting I haven't worked on yet this is the first..

    IMO: badass

I'm going to engineering for misc and it will be the real thing guys.. this will hit production..

    Price will follow.

I will be printing 3 at once. What way I can give you guys a idea on price. I think we will stick with abs..

I don't recommend this I just threw this across the room no damage. Ok it's strong..

Well hopefully there will never be a situation that would require me to throw it across the room but it's good to know it can hold up should the need arise haha

That's a strength test. That test the inside shell and the weave. Drop test final I try to crush it by standing on it.. I got a feeling I'm not going to crush it.

You epoxy on top of that it makes it really out there in strength. I have seen a few guys use fiberglass resin they said it worked damn good I never tried it personally.
