If you make these for 2nd gen then I'd be very interested in owning one. Mad Max is one of my favorite movies.

I'd think a gray or white would work best for the thoughts I have but for a test run, you could use pretty much any color you'd want. I'm excited to see the results

How do you think these will hold up to drilling? Obviously we'd have to drill out the wholes required to mount them

There is a hole for the bottom already made. I will need to confirm with one of you two the dimensions on the shift pole that it will thread into.

Chrome let me think on that one the best way to tackle that one. I have a idea tho.

Step one would be a epoxy the print 24 hours of drying time needed.

Step two sand like 800 grit sand paper for adhesion.

Step three paint two coats or three. .

Step one will bring the tensile strength way up. You just have to use slow curing epoxy.

Ugh failure.. I spoke to soon. I have to do engineer some support places (already redone) .. two triangles missing caused the opps.

As you guys can see on the inside I'm not screwing around its a close mesh high dense weave.

Hoping this will be a direct fit or very close.

It's back on the printer all over see it in 32 hours.. cross my fingers...
