Glad to be a part of the family, I hope to learn a lot from everyone and get my Tundra looking like some of these beasts I've seen. GREAT JOB WITH THE SITE!!

So I've got a 2012 Tundra crew max 4x2 with bacon strip tires (255/70/R18) I'm planning on having a 3-1 leveling kit installed along with 305/55/R20's. How much height should I expect to gain with these mods. I live in a house with a small garage ceiling measuring 6'10", will my truck even fit?

If not, what other options are there (with the exception of building a new garage) to get a good beefy look without scraping the roof.

Welcome to the forum. The leveling kit will give you around 3 inches (in front) and the tires will give you another 1/2 inch. (305/55/20 is just bit taller than 33 inches in diameter. The stock tires are 32 inches. So the half the difference will be the increase in height of the truck.)

Thx for the info, I have 6" of wiggle room before mods, so based on this information I should have more than enough room.

Yes you should be okay, provided you don't give in to the temptation to go bigger, haha.
