Looks like an OEM lower ball joint replacement is going on the project list, adding it to the TOP of the list too.

Read that thread TBM linked up.

You can always fix your suspension by getting that Rough Country crap out sooner than later. Other brands to avoid are in that thread along with suggestions. Also, avoid blocks out back if you plan to tow or your leaf packs are old, unless you want problems associated with axle wrap. Hopefully you don’t buy the kit that uses spacers to lift, it’ll bend your spindles. For a couple hundred more you can get a proper lift that won’t cause problems/damage.

Also note those KSP arms, I keep seeing people posting pics on Facebook of the arms snapping clean off at the ball joint tube. They’re cheaply produced in mainland china, they get rebranded under several brands, KSP is one of them. The off-name brands on scAmazon and fleaBay are the same product, but cheaper. In general, tubular uppers outside of Total Chaos and one or two others who fab up in-house, are poor in quality. 49 out of 50 will probably be fine. But knowing my luck I’d be the 1 in 50.

Welcome to the forum!! Not knocking, only trying to help. I know nothing sucks worse than finding out after-the-fact that you fucked up and spent hard earned cash on shit products. I don’t want to rub salt in the wound but don’t want you wrecking your truck either! I’m the type of dude who tells my friends when they’ve got a booger hanging out of their nose, instead of letting them rock it!
