No worries, I was caught washing my truck while it was sleeting. However, had a funeral to attend that day and wanted to look proper. Btw send that rain up to Tomball! I need it.

I put beadmaker on my grill and patio table and chairs. Works well. I used reload on my post cap LED light things on the deck railings. I forgot one and it it really faded from UV light and whatever else, the others look great. I used jescar powerlock in my shower and sides of the tub and it hasnt needed more than a spray down for about 4 months.

I just come in from washing the truck, thinking I’d start a thread asking if anyone else does it in the rain. And here we are...Actually the ideal time to take advantage of a break from the Houston heat, for your vehicle and yourself.

Same here, also in Houston. Just got back in from finishing up. Gotta love that muggy humidity after the rain goes away.

    How therapeutic.
I wash vehicles when I have the time. If it's raining - one less step. I'm not going to melt.
I detailed a car for the insurance appraiser - Who doesn't want the highest value?
I'm ashamed it never occurred to me to use these products in the bathroom. Tried Carnauba wax in the sink once, but to poor effect.

I love it when we get the rare overcast/rain in the morning during summer here. Usually it's so hot and the sun is so intense plus our hard water that you can't wash and dry the truck fast enough to avoid bad water spots.

But when it's cloudy or sprinkling it is the perfect time. I'll wash it then pull it into the garage to dry and detail. Then it stays there until the rain stops, if I need to go anywhere I drive the wife's car.

I put that shit on my boat the other day and I was laying on the bow wiping the sides while it's setting I like today and slid completely off of it. That shit is plain slippery.

I'm not liking the same kind of weather. The problem is it is hot in the day but gets 50 degrees at night and the condensation costs my cars so the next morning every bit of dust sticks to them.
