Lol. Be there. I was going to do mine but my wife talked me letting a shop do it and the dealership said it would be a good idea due to having to cut the cross members out.

Here is the great thing. And I may be wrong on your truck but with rough country you dont have to cut on anything .Check with them but mine we didn't have to do so .

If it ride goods as some folks are saying and haven’t had any issues I will be fine with cutting them out. My last truck wonder all over the road. They blamed it on my tires.

Well I would call rough country and ask them but thats one reason I didn't go with pro comp or some other brands. Btw I can let go of the wheel and my truck rides straight as an arrow. What wheels and tires are you going with ?

Nitto Ridge grappers 295/65/20 with a 20x10 fuel warriors rims offset I think 18. Tires should be about 2 inch past the fenders.

Its hard to see in this pic but the cross member from rough country kinda jus over lays the original one that part their with just the rc on it. Behind it their is the trucks cross member . But idk maybe yours will be different but it should be exactly like mine .We did have to grind some of the metal down a little but thats all just so the new would go on all the way .

It showed marking it where the drive shift is and cutting that out. I love the RC logo there. Looks bad ass I bet going down the road.

Less than a couple hundred. Still learning. Yesterday I learned highway driving is going to be annoying with the 35's as the truck seems to want to stay out of 6th at highway speeds. Time for gears?

I think it changed over the years. @ARamirez73 didn't have to have his cut on his 2014, I believe mine were.

Well just called down to confirm everything with dropping my truck off and getting the kit on. When I called about the alinemet a young kids answered the phone and said due to I was going 6 in lift I have to have NEW upper and lower A arms! I said do what? WTF. The guy I was talking to about it said no I didn’t and he is off today. He told my the truck will not drive straight and true.... Truck will be drifting as he called from white line to yellow line. So now I am in a nother pinch!! Put the kit off and get some uppers and lowers or just do it and hope the 1st guy knows what he is talking about!! Help please. ?

He told me that my truck will be raised up 6.5 in the front. When it goes over 6.25 they required upper and lowers.

Is this the version where the cross member was cut, or is this the no cut version?

How about this on? Frame cut,or no cut?

I ask because, RC made 2 different versions. The first was a 6" lift without cutting the crossmember for the diff to drop through. The second kit was a revised design, they saw the angles were a bit much and made a diff drop included with the lift. Just wondering which one each of you have here.
