I’m going 6112 at the 1.9 setting and 2 driver side shims and 1 passenger shim. I didn’t have UCAs in my build plan. Should I? Wasn’t thinking i needed them. Now you have me questioning myself....

Thanks brother! I really hope you get your issues fixed. I will definitely steer clear of Right Toyota. I will also tell all my friends not to go there as well, as far as I'm concerned the only way to get through to these dealerships is to stop going to the ones that don't stand behind there products. You deserve better.

All alignments should pull slightly to the right when you let go of the steering wheel. This is designed to prevent you from falling asleep at the wheel and driving across the median in to oncoming traffic. Better to kill yourself then take others with you. You should end up in the ditch on your right. There is typically a quarter of a degree in tow to make sure this happens.

Tundra isn't a lemon, the lift is. No way to really know though unless it is returned to stock. The real problem here is that the dealer charged $7K for a 3in lift

Toe cannot cause a vehicle to pull. I've probably done a thousand alignments, I lost count after 20 years and I've never set a vehicle to pull right. When I'm done the vehicle will run straight with a dead center steering wheel and no tire wear.

IMHO contact the dealer, tell them its unsafe to operate. Doesn't matter if they say its the alignment, if they cant fix it, its an unsafe vehicle you bought new that "cant be fixed". If they wont put it back to new (stock) call corporate ASAP and report them for selling an unsafe vehicle and that you want your cash back (at least the 7K) and/or another truck. Dont piss around with it...time makes it harder...wish you luck , but Id be PERISISTANT...Oh, can you post up the laminated build sheet? Curious...

But I'm sure they also kept the stock rims and tires to later resell for some more profit on top of that...

Happens all the time no matter the name of the manufacturer, luckily you bought a Toyota with great resale (hope you got 11% off plus 3k rebate).
Sell it or trade it, simple as that.

    I had a 2019 SR-5 4x4 crew 6 months back and it had problems;
-Headliner around microphone was pulled apart. They said they would glue in a an new headliner..no thanks.
-Exhaust pipe was damn near rubbing on the box. Said it was ok even though I couldn't fit the TRD accessory chrome tip on.
-Bumper was on crooked. Said they would try to adjust, did not work.

I paid 37.7, put on 6,200 miles and traded it back in for 37.5 on a different new 2019 and again got 11.3% off plus 3k rebate.
Try it if you are fed up.
You may have to go to another dealer to find a new 2019.

Most road are sloped to run the water off. This will cause a slight pull to the right. However, I can honestly say that my Tundras have always been very easy to hold straight with the slightest of pressure. I usually drive with two fingers.

    2 things - good news/bad news:
    1. Bad news: $7k is way too much for a spacer lift. It should be more like $500 for that setup.
    2. Good news: The "lift" itself is not that bad, and you don't need new UCAs for a 3" lift. There are way too many people on this forum who talk crap about stuff they don't know about** - just hearsay that gets repeated as facts. There are many people on this forum that that have 3" lifts without new UCAs. Many spacer lifts without problems. Yes, it is better to get UCAs and better to get a different better suspension lift, but not necessary. There are many people on this forum who have 3" spacer lifts and they don't have issues with pulling to the right either, myself included, so I speak from experience.

There are things to talk over with the dealer - the cost of the lift (not sure how you will get out of that one) and then they have to get it aligned right, whatever the reason is, but it is fixable and should not be the reason for you not liking your new truck.
    Good luck!

**I do respect the knowledge on this forum; a lot of knowledgeable people; just some who talk crap about things when it is not supported by facts.

What aftermarket UCA can you run with factory wheels? Seems like every brand i check requires aftermarket wheel with 5.5” back spacing. I don’t want any rubbing nor do I want to cut/bend/remove anything inside wheel well. Running stock 20” on 275/60R20

Alright here’s a little update. The alignment according to the dealership is perfect but and off road alignment shop showed me these prints outs. I called the manager at the dealership and explained that if they don’t fix it it will go up the chain to Toyota that you are authoring a customer to drive an unsafe vehicle with a four year old in the car and pretty fast they have me going to another mechanic this Friday to fix what apparently I’ve been saying all along

I'm sure that alignment isn't helping. The first set of numbers is your caster. Having the right side about .5* higher will help from pulling right. But with your stock arms, I doubt they could get it any higher. Second set is Camber. Both should be about the same, near 0. And last set is your toe. Having your right wheel pointed straight and your left wheel pointed to the right will probably make the truck go right.

Caster will pull to the least negative number. The caster numbers displayed will offset road crown and technician will add more or less depending on the road crown in your area. Toe will never cause a pull.

What size tires are you running and how many miles have you put on your truck WITH the spacer?

It looks like the OP may be running a wider tire which also may be more reason for an aftermarket UCA. When suspension companies like icon, king, etc tell you you will need after market UCAs when going above 2.5” of lift, then it’s best to do so. I had a 2.5” spacer lift on mine and my shocks started squeaking after 18k miles. UCA was stock and alignment was fine. At 3” I probably would have needed a UCA upgrade. The spacer put too much pressure on the bottom mount. This voided the warranty on the shocks. In my experience, spacers are junk. It’s a good temporary solution, but in the end they will reduce the life of your shocks and you will have to spend more on a better suspension. Just speaking from experience.

If i were you, i would call corporate immediately and tell them that you wont let it go until they remove the lift and credit your loan the 7k. prove that you were taken advantage of by that dealer and give them a quote from the off road shop stating how much a spacer lift actually costs. Use phrases like "i am dissapointed in the service im getting" or "they let me drive off with an unsafe vehicle" or "they took complete advantage of me charging me over 10x for a lift" Tell them that the dealer you went to put such a sour taste in your mouth that you wish you had never purchased the truck. Then if it worked take that money straight to an off road shop and get the 6112 setup.

This might be a long shot, but they are much more likely to bend over on a profit that is so heavily padded. Especially since you are saying you still want the truck. They paid probably 200 dollars for the parts of that lift, and maybe an hour of labor. Unless they are also getting screwed by the local off road shop they have a partnership with. That would be too funny. anyway, i hope it all works out. You bought the right truck dude, you just got unlucky with the dealer.
