    For me its perfect. I'm also not trying anything too crazy with the truck. It gets the job done for me, I can count on 1 hand the times I could've used an extra couple inches of clearance, even without, still not a problem.

    @mgm16trdpro Hey Mike. I installed an SSO slimline last summer, and had to replace these frame bolts as well, in order to be able to shim it out 1.5" so my 37s didn't rub. I cut out the old ones and replaced them with 2.5" 3/8 grade 8 bolts.

    The more I think about it, the more uneasy I am about installing a winch on smaller diameter frame bolts. I haven't had to use my winch yet. How has yours held up? Have you used it much under heavy load?

    I did read through this entire thread, but it was over the summer & I don't remember much. The folks at SSO recommended the 3/8" grade 8 replacement, right? They were sure the smaller bolts were strong enough to handle the load of a 12k winch?

    Hey Dave. I ended up not spacing the bumper out further to fit my large 35" Rockers. Instead I decided to trim a little off the front inside to get the clearance I needed. I opted for the faster and easier route. With a touch of trimming I was able to fit these 35s. I'm very confident if these 35s fit, any 35 will fit. I remember I spoke quite a bit with Dave Elkstrom aka coach builder. He was very helpful helping explain what I'd need to do to go that route. I think I relayed it in my thread but can't speak from experience since I just trimmed a bit off the back of front bumper lower section plastic and did a bmc. Wish I could help you more. If it comes down to what you need to trim I can help. It's quite possible if you go with a regular 35" tire or less offset and have the same lift you wont even need to trim anything.

    Oops my bad just reread you went 37s, never mind my last comment lol. To answer your other question I have winched other trucks and logs of firewood without problem, but again I didn't end up changing bolts. Your best bet is talk to Dave Elkstrom he's a wealth of knowledge and great guy.

    Damn I just realized I've neglected the hell out this thread.

    Tires I've replaced with Toyo open country MTs in 35x12.5r17.

    I've also replaced the stock leaf spring with a set of Alcans stock +500. The rake is back and they're all around better in every aspect.

    Thank u sir. Yeah especially with all the extra weight I have in and around the bed. I got my rake back, it handles better, and there's nowhere near as much squat when I'm towing. I definitely noticed a big improvement.

    So I'm guessing you're not my local buyer for some cheap oem leafs then lol.

    Hey Frank. I loved them. Problem was I couldn't get them, even tried ordering directly from Pitbull. Told me they were out of stock and had no idea if and when would be getting them again. The traction on them was insane. You definitely heard them, but I've actually heard louder on other trucks. They road great too. I definitely planned on getting another set but was forced to look elsewhere.

    You can find them occasionally secondhand. There's a fb group for them too. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from someone if it don't look beat up. They're pretty bullet proof. Don't ask me how I know since I backed out my garage with it up in the air, stopped me dead, no damage lol.
    I bought mine from manufacturer and they're one of the best companies out there to deal with. They've given me some free stuff and I'm not a sponsor or nothing, ie black out kit on hardware I still have sitting around.
